Many people who travel rather not eat in a hotels restaurant! I get that! I however think they are doing a good job here and it is worth a meal. I have dined here 3 times and I think each experience is better. I also want to say how attentive the staff was! I enjoyed my meal very much.

Rosemary and Thyme Restaurant is in the historic Windsor Hotel. The dining room is spacious and airy, and sunny in the morning. Wonderful antiques decorate it. The food is very excellent. We enjoyed all 4 meals that we had there. I would highly recommend it. They have lots of space between tables so you can converse in privacy.

This restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious! Don't wait for a special occasion - treat yourself for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is elegant beyond words yet the staff are so kind and welcoming they make sure you feel comfortable and at home even amongst the grandeur of this visually stunning restaurant.

We had both breakfast and dinner on this lovely restaurant. All food is cooked to order and the Western omelette at breakfast was first class. All the evening meals that we had were well cooked and very tasty. A relaxing evening. Would recommend if staying at the Windsor Hotel or visiting the fine town of Americus.

The wait staff were fantastic. We had three people waiting on our table making sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent. I had the Chicken Marsala, and my daughter in law had the Cedar Plank Salmon. She said it was cooked to perfection. The three granddaughters had kid friendly food off the pub menu from the hotel. We ate dinner in the pub of the restaurant, but we were able to order the food from Rosemary & Thyme. The food was fantastic. The hubby was craving a steak and the one he was served hit the spot perfectly.

What a surprise to find such excellent food in a small town like this. I ordered the shrimp and grits and hubby ordered eggplant parm. Both were EXCELLENT!! Only complaint is that wine is a bit pricey, but even the house wine was quite good. Don't miss this place if you're visiting Americus!

My wife, her brother and I had dinner in the beautifully restored dining room. The restaurant is the former the grand ballroom in the Best Western plus Windsor Hotelbuilt in 1893. Our wait staff of Destiny and Kristen were most attentive, gracious and friendly. For young coeds at the local college they certainly knew the art of serving customers. Staff... More
