Excellent Food and Atmoshere

We have visited Rosemary and Thyme multiple times. The Food is excellent. We love to eat in both R&T and Floyd's Pub, also in the Best Western Windsor Hotel. Try the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and the grilled Romaine Salad is simply amazing. The steaks are wonderful and they have the... read more

Lovely old building. Beautiful restaurant. Good friendly service. Good choice of menu items. Everything we had (all 10 of us) was well prepared and presented. Prices quite reasonable for the items offered. No burgers or sandwiches. Definitely fine dining.

We fell in love with this restaurant because of its ambience, delicious food and special charm. The dining room was lovely decorated with exquisite furnishings characteristic of the late 1800's. The menu was delectable and the southern hospitality of the staff was perfect. Can't wait to return to enjoy another enchanting evening at the Rosemary & Thyme restaurant in the... More

Had dinner there on Saturday the 23rd of May. I had the bourbon marinated pork steak with twice baked potato and string beans. It was delicious! My wife had a chicken pasta dish and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Our server (Victoria?) was very attentive for our party of 8 and it was a wonderful intro to our three day... More

We loved the atmosphere. The dining room is spacious, tables well spaced apart, giving privacy to the diners. The wait staff is efficient but unhurried. Their service acknowledges that we were there to dine, not just to eat. I had the chilled cucumber soup, which was way too heavy on the garlic. My husband had a Caesar salad, light on... More

We had diner as well as breakfast and both were excellent as well as atmosphere! Excellent service! We had steak for diner and was cooked perfectly and had the best twice bake potato I have ever tasted! I don't know what they do to the grits, but would sure like to find out!! They were creamy delicious!!!

I know my crab cakes and have had some poor ones. The crab cakes at the beautiful Windsor where the worse I have ever had. I can"t figure out what they were made of but no crab meat there. I am from Maryland and we want to see big pieces of crab meat in our crab cake. I should have... More

The food and staff were awesome. My little girl claimed the whole hotel and restaurant to be a castle and when we told our waitress this, she deemed our little girl the princess of Windsor. A bit pricey but quite the evening out.

I was visiting with a reunion group and we had dinner here. Lovely wait staff and very wonderful service. I ordered the crab cakes with remoulade and a salad. The crab cakes were excellent. Very reasonably priced. Seating is comfortable with turn of the century ambiance. Enjoyed my dining experience here.

This seems to be the only "fancy" restaurant in Americus. We stayed in the hotel and after looking at the other area choices decide to eat here. The hotel is beautiful and so is the dinning area. Very nice music playing, servers appeared fast. The wine was priced reasonable. I ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes and there were... More
