I have traveled throughout most of Belize on 5 different vacations, and I can say without a doubt the food highlight of every trip is Asha's! It's worth a trip south to PG just for the food and atmosphere! Especially when there are local musicians, the

After 10 work days we visit this great place and enjoy the creole and curry food. We'll be back in a few hours to enjoy the music too.

I came here my first night in Punta Gorda and have eaten dinner here every night since! Not only does the staff make you feel completely at home, but the seafood is AMAZING! The best I've eaten in my life and I LOVE seafood! The owner, Asha, sustainably harvests the best of the local fish: lobster, barracuda, red snapper, and... More

The lionfish fingers and lionfish curry were really excellent, with fragrant rice and a delicious homemade coleslaw. Set right on the ocean, with live entertainment, Asha's is a must for anyone traveling to PG.

I have eaten here several times on my last trip to Punta Gorda. I never had a bad meal here. My favorite is the lobster with callaloo and plantains. The view from the deck is amazing. The bartender and staff here were great. I had the opportunity to meet the chef Ashton. He is a real character full of tall... More

Great food, great views and excellent staff! Make this a stop on list while in PG. This is one of the great places to eat and an excellent spot to meet up with other visitors in the area.

Went there and ordered the twisted lobster. The best part was the garlic mashed potatoes. The lobster didn't taste good and the rice and beans didn't have much flavor. To top it off I was sick for the next two days after I ate here.

We are sorry to hear that your service at Asha's was not excellent. I wish your server had been informed so we would have had the chance to improve the situation at that time. This is not a complaint we are accustomed; the Creole Twisted Lobster is our best seller along with the Garlic Lionfish. We also take pride in... More

Outstanding! I had dinner 3 different times on my recent trip to PG. If I had more time I would have returned again. All the meals, staff and service were great. It was lobster season so I had my spiny lobster a number of different ways including twisted lobster and lobster tails. On one Friday night, we were fortunate enough... More
