Great atmosphere, great patrons, awesome owners, entertaining bartender. Try their signature drink, Parrot Piss. The prices are fair, portions good. You won't go away hungry or thirsty. There might be a little wobble to you step if you have too many Pirate Piss though.

The owners are very friendly and make you feel right at home. There was a great live music set going on, they also have football on Sundays. Great bar to pop in for some drinks and a bite or to go after dinner or a day at the beach to unwind.

They have very good, inexpensive specials each day of the week. The folks in our group spend the first week, running all over town, trying out all the restaurants & bars, but I always tell them to save at least one lunchtime for the Parrot...

I came to the Pickled Parrot with the lady I was staying with. Eugene and Lynn are very nice and welcoming people. Make you feel right at home. They run an excellent bar and make good food too!! You have to have the chicken parm special on wednesdays that was my favorite. Good food and good drinks for an even... More

Went here while shopping in Placencia for lunch. It is a cute little bar close to the beach. We all had the fish and chips which was the special for the day made out if lion fish which apparently is destroying the surrounding reefs and thus a popular dish in Placencia. Fish was cooked to perfection and the "chips" were... More

My husband and I popped into this bar to chill and have a couple of beers. We didn't eat but the food coming out to other diners looked appetising. The owner was friendly and the bar staff exceptional. The only thing that I didn't like were the dogs in the bar going up and scrounging whilst people were eating! However... More

We tried to eat here twice, and both times they had run out of the specials. They also told us that shrimp was too hard to get.

Sadly never made it back here to eat, but it is a great cool spot to belly up to the bar for nice conversation and a drink. Super friendly folks here!

The server and owner are really friendly, every night there is a dinner special at $10. You must go and try the hamburger and Friday night fish and chips.
