Not only was this fantastic restaurant literally steps from my suite, but we had the two best bartenders there with us, Luigi and Pablo. The cook made the most delicious meals, we left there satisfied each and every time. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were always amazing, and I'm glad that I can count on fabulous food when I'm away from... More

Located at Laru Beya Resort about 4 miles south of town. I had a lovely stay here - ate at the Quarterdeck 6-7 meals. Bartender will ply you with mind-twisters/puzzles instead of jokes. Drinks are big and good - loved all of the smoothies. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of fresh fruit. Dinners were more formal, nice linens, delicious fish... More

We stayed at Laru Beya last year when we visited Belize. It is a beautiful spot. We loved the beach and the pool. Our room was glorious and we loved our stay. We drove up to eat at the restaurant this year. The food was good but the service was not so great. The waitress seemed to have a bit... More

Our home away from home restaurant at Laru Beya Resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, the BEST and of course the service from the bar tenders, wait staff and Chef. Love and miss you all much - Kim and Susan Kleist

We only ate breakfast here, and it was very good. Hot coffee, fry jacks (yum) and a huge plate of fresh fruit with yogurt and granola.

The breakfast, lunch or dinners here were great! Didn't have a thing that was so so. Could of ate here for every meal if we didn't want to explore Placencia. I think everything we ate came from Belize. They are an amazing farming country. Drinks made of fresh fruits too! Staff knew our names by the first day. They were... More

Surprisingly good food. We stayed at the Laru Beya resort and tried most of the top restaurants in the area and quarterdeck held its own. Definitely the best breakfast in the area. The breakfast burrito was great and what sold it was the fresh made thick tortilla. It was hard to go anywhere else. Lunch and dinner were also very... More

The only thing that prevents me from giving the Quarterdeck a perfect rating is the draft beer. A suggestion to management - either insulate your draft lines or if it's a self contained unit, turn down the temperature. If your crowd is mainly English, the warmer temperature is OK but the North American crowd likes it cold. Other than that,... More
