Everything was wonderful about this place - the food was excellent and the interior was very inviting. We sat on the deck/porch outside and soaked everything in. Kind of had a key west vibe to it. Food was great - glad we made a reservation (went during Christmas break).

Owners Pam and John make your experience that much better. Great music and lighting and food of course. Patio tables are great if you can get one. The braised short rib lasagna is out of this world. The Thai shrimp cakes were delicious as well. A must stop if you're in Placencia

Rumfish is a restaurant we can always count on for the best locally sourced ingredients and presentation. It's an easy walk from anywhere in town . It has a bar and indoor dining as well as 2 verandahs - a lively one overlooking the road and ball field and one that is quietly tucked in the back . The nightly... More

Rumfish y vino was highly recommended by our "friends" at the Turtle Inn...a charming indoor/outdoor atmosphere, pleasant staff, great menu, nice specials and outstanding food.

The Rumfish y Vino is an American owned restaurant. Despite this it is rather good. Service was very good. The local girls working our area of the restaurant were very polite and efficient. The food: I would say this was the best restaurant I visited in Belize (Placencia). There was local fish on the menu and several types to try... More

The food here is an A+. The service is similar to high end US restaurants. It's was super busy and bustling, but the food was worth the crowd.

Managed a half pound Lobster dinner for about $22. We couldn't help but spend some money at this classy place. One of the more expensive places in Placencia, it still beats anywhere in price in the US. The owner makes it a point to greet each guest personally with his specials. Another must see in town.
