Great food and atmosphere!!!!

We ate our breakfast here while staying at the resort, the food was very tasty and cooked to order. They will also do reservations for a large group. We had a wedding day dinner there which is surpassed by none. By the way, the women get a flower everyday. Yes, Lynn and the staff are the best.

Stayed here for 4 nights and ate dinner there every night except once. One night they had lobster which was great and on another they had a chicken stuffed with spinach and cheese which was good as well. They also serve breakfast which is convenient to get something and then head out for the day. Plan on staying there again... More

Considering the costs of there meals I would not recommend this place. The menu doesn't have any pricing so you can not even compare. The food was good and the staff friendly. Getting there was a chore with all the deep mud holes you have to go through. You almost need 4 wheel drive

We had a great breakfast before we went exploring. Lynn, the owner, sat with us and gave us insightful information about the area, people, customs, etc. Very relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Oh, and did I mention the drinks for lunch at the bar are excellent!

Our meal was cooked by a staff member. His name was Wilson and he did a good job. You have a choice of fish, pork chops, shrimp or lobster. The price is a little high but it is better than driving into Corozal.

Slightly off the beaten track at the southern end of the bay, this is a pleasant place to visit for a quieter lunch and swim in their lovely pool. I've never stayed there, so I can only rate the food and the ambience, but I've visited a few times now and not been disappointed. It's nice to get the chance... More

I can no longer sit back and hear that folks I know that have stayed there, relay to me comments made derogatory to me or the properties I represent. I will not longer recommend this facility to visitors.

Since my glowing review in 2013, Felipe the chef is no longer there and has not been replaced. Winston tends bar and signs in the guests and he is a joy. Lynn, the owner, is a decent cook and a really nice woman, but not the exceptional chef that Felipe was. So I am sorry to say that the food... More

The food was very good at the Almond Tree. Full service bar. The prices were close to what you would pay in the states.

The Chef's night off, the owner Lynn opened the restaurant just for the two of us. I had a heaping portion of Shrimp Alfredo, which was delicious. My wife ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, which Lynn said was burnt. It was. Why serve it if you know it's not good? Anyway go with the signature dishes and you will be... More
