The vegetable curry with fried rice was delicious. Having spent some time in India, it tasted like the real deal. Also enjoyed being able to sit outside on Burns Ave and people-watch.

A nice quaint spot. Offers a quiet getaway from the touristy bustle of Burns Avenue in San Ignacio... after being accosted by so many people trying to sell you something you can sneak into the back patio of Serendib... it's nice, it's quiet, the food is GOOD, and incidentally, Serendib offers the best price on a glass of Johnnie Walker... We had curies for diner and they were OK. You can sit outside to eat, watching people. Not only this restaurant but all the downtown area do get whiffs of bad smells occasionally (sewer smell?) but except from that it is a good place to go and eat.

The curry, as indicated by the title of this review, was amazing! You got to pick how spicy you wanted it and the mild had all the curry taste without the spicy kick! It was really flavorful and creamy and I could have eaten 3 more plates despite my full stomach. The restaurant is on the pedestrian only street so... More

22.50BD total for a beef burger with cheese and yellow rice with chicken curry. 1BD for a scoop of ice cream either with cone or in a cup. Surprised to get a nice thick tasty curry in Belize so was very pleased to have eaten here. They have a lovely garden terrace setting at the back. Situated in the main... More

Sri Lanka style food. At first looking at the menu we were disappointed but when the food came the curry was amazing and soup was even better. We asked for spicy and it was slightly on the medium side.

Visited with a tour group so there were 13 of us. They didn't seem to be happy to see us and left us to move the tables and get the chairs ourselves. We ordered and ate in the garden at the back. Drinks were painfully slow coming with the waiters carrying out one drink at a time. The food is... More

Service is a little slow, but smiling and friendly! The "medium" curry was still pretty spicy! The coconut sambol is delicious!

Surprisingly, I found the food here to be the best out of the many places I ate at in SI. Serendib has an extensive menu & the food is tasty & priced well. I had curried chicken with white rice, plantain, & a small side salad.
