Greg welcomes everyone and encourages strangers to make friends. The pizza was really good, especially the dough. I felt like it was a bit expensive considering the price you can get a whole lobster for at other place, but pizza is always yummy :)

Kevin and Kay (guys who work there) were incredible, however the boss, Greg was drunk and disorderly when we went there for lunch... mind you, the pizza was so good, we went there for dinner too (fortunately Greg was probably passed out by then as we didn't see him)

We were told by other bagpackers that we couldn't miss Pizza Caulker. They were right! There's a good buzz in the small place just off the main street. Drinks are strong and flowing and the staff are having as good of a time as the customers. we were allowed draw on the chairs and leave our mark :) The pizza... More

I will start saying it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Seriously, really liked it. I make my own dough every Sunday, and I liked it more than mine. My daughter prefers mine, but I think she favors mine. Greg, the owner, Canadian, is very friendly and comes talk to you, even had some rum rounds... More

I agree with several others who have reviewed Pizza Caulker. This was the only bad experience we had on the island. The later the evening gets the more wasted he gets (not sure if it's just booze) and treats his employees terrible and customers not so good either. The only regret I had all week was eating at his restaurant!

Hey Pizza Caulker Family!!!! If you want some unique Island Style Pizza, Greg's Pizza Caulker is the place to go. They have a nice little outdoor bar, drinks and beers, great staff, friendly service. We made some life long friends here. And if you're lucky you might get a piece of wood to write your name on, and Greg will... More

Okay, so the night life on Caye Caulker, Belize, is limited...the place pretty much shuts down around 10 pm! But, you can drink, dine, and have a really fun time at Pizza Caulker! The place is run by a Canadian named Greg...Greg, who loves his job and his customers...and it shows! He loudly announces your arrival and welcomes each table... More

As a group of guys in their 20s, Pizza Caulker is a great place to have a laugh, get drunk & eat some good pizza. HOWEVER, I can definitely see why some people might consider Greg to be a somewhat unsavoury character. He was off his face before we got there, which was no problem for us but would probably... As others have said, the alcohol certainly flows in this place. A welcoming free rum shot, and then any excuse to keep them coming. Sophisticated dining it's not, a fun atmosphere it is. The owner is certainly a character, but take it all with a pinch of salt. Just have fun there without getting too serious. The pizza that we... More

Just to set the stage, I grew up on the East Coast of the US and am very picky when it comes to pizza. Really good pizza, great atmosphere (minus the 90 degree midday heat). Owner Greg was very welcoming, enjoyed a rum punch shot on the house with him.
