Because of reviews, we scouted out Glenda's as it's not on the main drag. Everyone knows where it is, or you can follow your nose to the homemade cinnamon rolls. You can't just order a roll and coffee, I don't think, but why wouldn't you get an omelette. They are cooked just right (should be, you just told them what... More

My first visit was eleven years ago and the food was great. My fourth year visiting just ended last week and I found the same great food with better service. Glenda's is on Back Street and really worth finding.

I must admit that I go out of my way to Glenda's for her cinnamon buns. I like them so much better than the bakery buns (although not too bad either). I only have eaten there for breakfast and to get the buns for take away. Breakfasts are delicious.... However, as in most smaller restaurants such as Glenda's, ordering a... More

We came to Glenda’s because our airbnb and other tourists were buzzing about this place. Like most places on this island, it’s a home turned into a restaurant. Glenda’s serves everything (eggs, fresh juice, etc.), but what they’re best known for by locals are their cinnamon rolls and their cheese breads. They were out of fresh squeezed OJ when we... More

Best breakfast in Belize, and if you are lucky, she will be open for lunch. Glenda and her two grown daughters, Annie and Yvette, run this little gem packed full of love--the secret ingredient in those cinnamon rolls that come with every breakfast! The menu is on a chalk board as you enter and each item is delicious and made... More

We stopped by and had breakfast at Glenda's. It was a little tough to find but worth the search. The food was delicious and coffee tasty. All the menu items include coffee or tea which is a bonus. Our two breakfasts were only 18 BZ ($9 US) before tip and we were both very pleased and very full. The cinnamon... More

Loved Glenda's and her cinnamon rolls. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Would definitely recommend it, but they run out of food so you have to get there early!
