Had dinner at Rose's last night, passed on our way somewhere else and were convinced by the piles of fresh food and wonderful BBQ smells. The sides (potatoes, coconut rice, steamed veg) did not disappoint either and the smiling service was perfect.

We were lured into this wonderful restaurant by the fresh catch of the day being grilled right in front of us! The beer was cold, the fish was wonderful and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend eating here!!!

This place was very fresh but the service was slower than other restaurants on the island. The portions of fish were small, and they clearly charged tourists prices while the same dish was cheaper elsewhere.. and yet, everyone raves about Roses.. If you are on a budget, avoid this place. If you're a Foodie - than check it out!

Pick your fish and watch it grilled. Great restaurant reasonably priced. Good service. Had a fish for two with crab claws and sides. Turned out to be a very large portion but was delicious. We loved Roses Grill & Bar and actually ate there 2 days in a row!! The seafood was SO fresh - we ordered Monk Fish, Barracuda & Stone Crab - which were all cooked to perfection!!! The menu is reasonably priced and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit, if you're ever in Caye Caulker!
