During our one week trip to Caye Cauker we ended up eating at Jolly Roger's three times for dinner. For $25 bz one got a huge plate of lovely roasted pork, three sides and two or three rum punches - with an extra shot thrown in if you'd like. The pork was very good and the sides were traditional for... More

We had ate at his BBQ on the beach several years ago and loved his food. This time while on Caye Caulker we noticed he was back but in a new spot on Front street. He's still serving great food and lots of it along with his wit and charm. We had the shrimp kabobs with our choice of 3... More

Jolly Rogers is in the center of town and is were everything is happening. Cuba pork at its best. Pig is roasted on a spit all day and served at night. It is so yummy and the mojito sauce. Buffet one side of the street and sit down service on the other side. We ate there 3 times during our... More

We were welcomed by Roger on our first day in Caye Caulker and invited to eat. Several nights later we stopped in and visited with Roger while waiting for our food. A great island host and wealth of information. Our group ordered several meals including the pork just removed from the spit. The meal was a great value and the... More

Roger is amazing...he's amazing! He offers a great pulled pork meal that includes three rum punches, cole slaw or salad, rice, and dessert! We ate here twice and told many other visitors about it! Amazing...the best food we had on the island!!!!!

This very low key and casual beachside bar with a couple of tables but the Sunday lunch barbecued lamb was excellent and we will be going again this coming Sunday!

Jolly Rogers is now Pat and Stells -- a family affair owned and operated by the former Femi's barkeep, Keith and his family. Not only have things been spiffed up (new paint, updated tables, and generally tidy appearance), but the shift of management has brought the food back to former glory. The ceviche is, once again, the best on the... More

We dined here just over a week ago. Extremely disappointing. Lobster curry tasted and looked as if it had been stewing all day and therum punch tasted like syrup cordial.
