This was the overall worst dining experience. The owner ripped us off ten dollars. He came back after starting our meals and told us he didn't have the proper sides. He smoked hooka instead of waiting on us. Food took an hour to come out. Food was by far the worst have had here. Music was blasting disco beats so... More

Saw the sign while walking into town the first day on the island. We went in later and had all the same horrible experiences as noted here. Inedible chicken (there were NONE of the advertised dishes). Was supposed to be Lebanese chicken, just a dry generic chicken breast. Only good thing was a pitiful dab of hummus and pita. RUDE... The owner was ridiculous. He was literally running the place alone (serving, cooking, "DJ-ing", and smoking hookah). We were really desperate for a meal right after our long trip to the island. He advertised his chalkboard menu outside and once we sat down he didn't even have half of that menu available. On the inside, he has pictures from other... More

This was the worst meal of my trip. The restaurant I wanted to go to was closed, so I decided to try this place. I ordered the chicken meal. Lousy. First he was out of half hte salads. So I got a small quarter of chicken with hummus. That is it. The chicken was overcooked, bland and dried out. The... More

We used the Lonely Planet to guide us to some restaurants. Ali Baba was mentioned as a Libanese restaurant. Something different from the rest so we decided to try it. Wish we never did. The food was not very tasty and instead of the usual Belizian price/voljme ratio it was the opposite. We got very little food, badly presented and... More

This place is the most terrible restaurant on the entire island! The man who owns it is a scam artist, he will cheat you out of money and the prices are not the same as the appear on the signs outside. The food is extremely overpriced, and it is by no means fresh. The chicken is left out for days... More

Rotisserie chicken was good except for dryness of white meat. He was out of olives ordered. Hummus was good with pita bread. Pina colada was okay at the best. He did let me watch soccer game on a huge screen. He did keep trying to offer Golfcart rental. I did not approach him for a rental. He approached us several... More

The proprietor of Ali Baba must think that if you're a tourist near the airport you are vulnerable to a scam. He'll offer you EVERYTHING he can think of because he wants your money. You will not get a deal here, nor will you get good food. STAY AWAY! So many places are great to visitors. Not this one.
