We asked a local where to eat and he recommended Robin's, which is south of the main strip in San Pedro. We got there right as Robin was firing up the grill when he opened (at 6pm, I think it was), so we chatted while the BBQing commenced. The food was very good (BBQ chicken, rice and beans, coleslaw), in... More

We were a little hesitant about this place since it's just a trailer on the sider of the road with a canopy but i am so glad we went. The portions were big. The prices were small! The service was quick. I'm not sure that I would call it jerk chicken, more of a BBQ smoked chicken flavor but the... More

Wow, Robyn’s food blew us away! Robyn’s food was the best food we had on our entire 10 day stay in Belize, by far, sincerely amazing; and what set it even more apart is Robyn’s soft, kind, humble demeanor, which is reflected in her one-room establishment as well. We had the opportunity to go reef fishing and got to keep... More

This is a modest little eatery on the Sea Grape Dr. I was concern I wouldn't be able to get a veggie dish, but they made something especially for me - curry veggies. The owner and chef was very accommodating. It happen to be a few locals at the place while I waited for my food, so the good conversation... More

Our family group of wife, sister-in-law and college aged nieces and nephews stopped by for dinner on New Years Day. I had read lots of very good reports of Robin's off of Trip Advisor. It is pretty much as many have written - most excellent food and local flair. The roadside location has the smoker right out front. The lawn... More

Stopped by for a late lunch... so glad we did! Had BBQ chicken served with rice and beans, cole slaw, and the most delicious sauce. Two large meals and 2 sodas came to $14 u.s. Can't beat that!

Thank the good Lord that someone casually recommended that we check out Robin's Kitchen while we were in Ambergris Caye because it ended up being our very favorite dining experience - so much so that we went twice during our vacation. We were staying at the Victoria House, which is in walking distance of the restaurant. On our first visit,... More

We walked 1.5 miles from our resort to get to Robin's Kitchen, and it was well worth the effort. My boyfriend had the jerk chicken with coleslaw, beans and rice, and I had a vegetable stir fry (I think?) with cabbage and okra, which came out to 28 Belizean dollars, or $14USD. For two people, it was a bargain. We... More

Robin's Kitchen of course isn't a kitchen. It's a palapa, a couple of tables and a bbq. And they serve the BEST fish curry, ever. Mr John, the owner, is a wonderful human being who takes so much pride in his food you can taste it. I have found that ever time i've eaten there, i have voluntarily chosen to... More
