Don't be put off by the rugged appearance, they offer a great meal at an Un-Belizable price. Byob. Live music adds to the experience.

This is an honest to goodness hole in the wall with outdoor wooden tables, your chicken cooked on a regular old barbecue pit, but holy cow! The spices on their jerk chicken and barbecue chicken are phenomenal. No beverages served at this place, but you can get a Belikin next door or get it to go. Amazing.

You would never know the genius of this little outdoor restaurant on the side of road until someone tells you. The manager of my lodging told me this was the place to eat and she was not wrong in the least. Robin is a master of the jerk barbeque. And it is fresh, right off the grill. I got there... More

Beans and Chicken never tasted so good! The jamaican jerk chicken and rice was the best flavor we have ever enjoyed.

This place doesn't look like much but the food is great. Robin's jerk chicken was the best thing I ate in Belize and really inexpensive as well. Worth the trek south of town to get to!

We sat down, chatted with the owner and a musician and waited until the chicken was done. In the meantime, Mr. Robin took about 8 phone calls and ten drive by inquiries about when lunch would be ready while we waited. Obviously a very popular spot for the locals. After a few minutes Robin put two plates in front of... More

Robin's is just a few steps from my usual lodgings and an excellent place for chicken and rice. Get there early or you will miss out - once those in-the-know have descended to grab their share - that's it for the evening. It is around $8.00 US and you will not be hungry. I never miss the chance to eat... More

There may not be many options but, honestly, it's all so good you're not going to care. It may not appeal to you if you are unsure about trying new things/diving into something outside your comfort zone, but if you're more of an adventurous type, this is definitely worth your while. Everything they serve is outstanding. On the last day... More

The food was great, but the service was even better. We left feeling like part of Robin's family. He and his grandson kept us happily entertained while we waited on our chicken fresh off the smoker. Great food at a great price and all around enjoyable experience.

If you want a white tablecloth place, go somewhere else. If you don't mind eating on patio furniture on a dirt floor, this is the place for you. The chicken is spectacular. The only downside is that they do not serve, or allow beer. An ice cold Belikin (the local beer) seems like the perfect compliment, but alas.
