My wife and I visited San Pedro in April 2014. This was our second visit to San Pedro in the last four months. The last time we were there we stayed at the Anbregris Lake Villas which is close to the Baker. We made sure that we shopped at the Baker each day for our breakfast. There food is so... More

I can't believe the high ranking for this place. It was oaky but nthing special as far as we were concerned. We tried the bread, sausage rolls (tasty), croissants (too chewy)and cinnamon rolls (which were the best of the lot)

Stopped in here for some bread and walked away with some great tasting cinnamon buns. Hit the sweet tooth spot! A great deal on the home made bread as well. 3 bucks for a huge loaf.

Must try breakfast sandwiches! My husband and I stayed close to the bakery and stopped in almost every morning to see what was fresh out of the oven! Everything we tried was excellent!

We loved the cream cheese pastries ( I can't remember in they were called turnovers - or rolls, but they are right on the counter - and the sign will say cream cheese) They also make great cinnamon rolls.

We tried the cinnamon buns, apple turnovers and breads. All were delicious. We also bought the Caye Coffee and it was so good. We were disappointed to go back later on Saturday afternoon to buy for Sunday morning and see that they were closed. Check the times before you go!

We walked over to have the cinnamon rolls and apple turnover that everyone raves about. They are right!! Flaky, fresh, and very reasonably priced. They were so good that we ordered sandwiches to take back to our place for lunch. We were not disappointed. The bread made them special. Definitely worth a visit or two.

I lived in San Pedro from January to March with my wife and three children (5,4,7months). We visited The Baker almost daily for our bread and have tried most (possibly all) of their baked goods at some point. The staff are amazing. The owners take great care to make sure they respect (and never undercut) the locally owned bakeries while... More

Everything we tried was great the only draw back was takeaway is in plastic bags and items will be soggy if packed warm when you leave
