We stayed at Xanadu Island Resort, so this little spot was perfect for grabbing lunch or breakfast (both of which we did) since its so close, a good value, and a hearty quick meal. The building facade is very inviting, the inside not as much. It's hotter than you want it to be (because there's so much baking going on!)... More

We stayed in a house on the south side of San Pedro, and The Baker was our go-to spot for breakfast. The cinnamon rolls and coconut tarts are amazing, but everything is really good. Smoothies were a favorite as well, breakfast sandwiches, and my wife even tells me the coffee was surprisingly good. The woman who runs the place was... More

Make sure you check out the breakfast and take a variety of breads and sweets to enjoy at the pool or beach. The cinnamon bread and peanut butter cookies are amazing.

Ken and his wife are friendly people. Ate breakfast there 3 of the 5 days I was there. The omelette was by far the best Ive had and my girlfriend loved the cinnamon rolls. Wish I had more time to eat more of the treats!!! Very fair pricing!

It's a bakery-what's not to love?!?! Very tasty fresh baked goods. This is a cash only spot, so don't plan on using your card!

I would be what you call a "local" tourist. I came in here the other day and i was stunned. $3 for a small cinnamon roll! $8 for a small piece of pie!! And $2 for a juice that costs $1 in the store right infront. The owners should really look at their pricing because they exaggerate and they will... More

Oh, man, those cinnamon rolls! Hot out of the oven at 7:30 each morning, and the perfect complement to the strong coffee I brewed back in the room. My kids were immediately hooked, not to the point of getting up to go get them themselves, but to the point of asking dad to each morning. We did try some other... More

We visited every morning while on the island. So welcoming and relaxed. The owners are so friendly and the baked goods were outstanding. If you visit the island you have to pay them a visit!

We must have visited The Baker six times during our four days in San Pedro. The breakfast sandwiches were very good and a great value. We also got lunch take out twice -- good sandwiches on fresh rolls. The cinnamon buns alone are worth a visit. Everything was reasonably priced and service was friendly and quick. We were staying within... More

Stopped by here almost every morning for cinnamon rolls, sausage rolls, and a couple loaves of bread to take back to the villa. Everything was terrific. Whole wheat bread was outstanding! Jalapeno bread was my personal favorite. Service was as friendly as could be found on AC and prices were reasonable. I can't imagine how they can work in that... More
