Soursop ice cream (custard)!!

My friend and I visited Belize for 6 days. My friend was obsessed with their soursop custard. Went there probably 3 or 4 times in the course of our vacation. Probably would've been more if the store opened earlier, or closed later, as we have visited the shop another 2 times in the early morning... read more

Ice cream is not hard to find in San Pedro, a town on the southern part of the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize, and for good reason. It's hot here, there are a lot of tourists and ice cream tastes great after a spicy dinner, or after lunch, or before breakfast. It is probably a stretch to say, "DandE's... More

As far as taste and cleanliness of establishment, this is the best you're gonna find while in San Pedro if you're looking for ice cream. They have numerous flavors to choose from and I asked to taste three kinds and the owner said "three strikes and you're out". Considering everything was homemade and the tastes were tiny, I thought that... More

Went multiple times, all the flavors were great, and the proprietors fun to talk with. Only disappointment was it didn't open until 3pm.

The ice cream flavors were awesome and different. I had soursop and double chocolate ice cream. Sooo good! I also had "gravy", which consisted of raisins soaked in rum. No complaints here! The owner explained that she gets her milk shipped from Pennsylvania, which explains why it's soooo good.

I often make custard ice cream at home, but very rarely buy it as it's hard to find. This ice cream tastes like it had come out of my freezer. It was delicious...creamy and yummy. I stuck to traditional vanilla, but my husband had the chocolate and agreed it was the best!

My wife and I have had icecream in many countries over the years including award winning ones in Italy! We visited this yesterday and it was hands down the best yet! So good we risked brining some back to our hotel, an hour away so we could enjoy it the next day. Definitely recommended!

We went here after dinner for dessert because we saw such highly rated reviews for it. My boyfriend and I were happy that we tried this place. The lady owner was very nice. She was thoughtful in her suggestions of what we would like. I missed this place. I would go back. One of the best ice creams I've had.

What can one say about a creamy delicious custard that is filled with raisins and the full taste of a dark rum???? Oh yeah, don't forget to add the bullseye! Yummmmm.....the only problem I had there was that we discovered it on Sunday and they are closed Monday and Tuesday!
