It is tucked away near the pool at the Phoenix resort, and it has just a handful of seats, but the food is always top drawer, and they offer a wide variety of choices, some nights, tapas, and I had some of the best blackened snapper there one night. Friendly waitstaff, they get everything right.

One of the fancier restaurants in San Pedro. Meal was very tasty, had to call the waiter back as my garlic mashed potatoes and shrimp dinner was cold vs husband's pasta dinner was hot. The waiter took my plate and returned it hot, microwaved, but it was very tasty.

We dined here for dinner ight after we checked into the hotel. Very convenient, excellent food and even live music! We also had their food poolside, as we were guests of The Phoenix. Very good quality and great cocktails!

We went to Red Ginger with a large (11 people) group of friends and had a very good time. We were very well taken care of, and the food was very good (in my opinion, you don't go to Belize for the food). I suppose it's a bit more expensive than many of the Ambergris spots, but you get what... More

Anyone who stays on the is needs to eat at Red Ginger. It is very clean, indoor and outdoor seating. The grilled snapper was outstanding. The shrimp was very good also. Had a snapper taco for lunch at the pool that was also great.

An absolute MUST. Grilled lobster awesome, crab stuffed grouper amazing, blackened snapper wonderful. Heck even mashed potatoes super. I've been to 7 countries this year. Red Ginger is world class.

The restaurant was more casual than we expected in terms of atmosphere. My wife and I decided to go thinking we would have a romantic date, but most other patrons were wearing t-shirts and casual attire which kind of killed the mood. Service was meh. The lobster was great but the other dishes weren't anything to write home about.

We stayed at The Phoenix so ate at Red Ginger in many ways. We had lunch upon arrival - the plantain empanadas and black bean soup were delicious. We were exhausted so had the pizza in our room, which was not like American pizza but very, very good. We had the nachos, fish tacos and coconut shrimp at the pool... More
