This is a little far away from us to be our weekly hangout, but it's always a sure thing. Their food is good, their prices are fair, and the atmosphere and service are great. Above all else, they are dependable. While any restaurant can have a good or bad day, they are consistently good. I eat there for both lunch... More

This has made it on our list of favorite dining places. A menu that offers variety, the large center fireplace gives a warm atmosphere especially on colder days and the manager always stops by to check on your meal. A place that cares obviously. In general the food is consistently good not always the best meal you've ever have but... More

We were hungry, no doubt about it. The Village Tavern wasn't our intended destination, but the first choice had an hour wait - we would have turned cannibal, I think. So we googled restaurants, found this one, called to find they had tables and off we went. I had the filet steak, and it was done perfectly - seared on... More

Interior lodge decor that's cozy, and nice separate bar area. Make your reservations early. Wonderful selection of entrees and all of them good! Have frequented it a lot. Very busy lunch crowd.

Constantly good food and good service. Great for work events and family. Eat here a lot and they have 1/2 price glasses of wine on Wed nights!

This is a staple in Alpharetta. Whether it's for a business lunch, special occasion or Sunday brunch, you can't go wrong. The service is consistent, the wait staff has been here for years and the food is always good.

We decided to stay local for our annual Christmas Eve family dinner instead of going to Buckhead or downtown Atlanta for dinner. I guess it was our mistake. I had heard good things about the Village Tavern, but it was nothing more than your average chain type restaurant. Food was fine, but the service could be better. The atmosphere could be... More

We had a great meal. We started with the nachos and flat bread. The nachos were full of beef and beans delicious. The flat bread was ok not crisped up enough. We shared the meatloaf it's more than enough for two men. I shared the grilled chicken spinach salad. I love the atmosphere very warm and friendly. They also accept... More

We eat here often, but usually have a reservation. We stopped in on a Friday night recently with no reservation so we sat at a high table in the corner of the bar. Food & service were great as always, but we had the benefit of listening to a wonderful musician also! We highly recommend!

We eat here every year for our office holiday lunch. Never any complaints. One of the few restaurants in area to offer a nice menu at lunch for special events.
