Great Bakery and Mid-East Cafe

I live very close by, and come here all the time. Usually it's a combo trip for pita bread here and produce at the little Indian market next door. Both are great local spots. They have some of the best pita bread in Atlanta, and their falafel wrap is one of my favorite dishes. Very friendly... read more

Went to this place with a whole bunch of friends last night. I ordered the lamb shank plate + a drink and everything was delicious. The lamb shank was well done and tender. It could easily be tear apart by a fork and the price was fair. I paid around $15 for meal and I will definitely return again.

Take a look at my pictures, the SHAWARMAS taste just as good as they look! The meat is fresh and cooked to order. You can chose between chicken, beef or a mix of both. I always get mine spicy! This Palestinian restaurant also offers reasonably priced lamb shank plates ($12.99), Babaganoush (eggplant hummus-yummy), and all flavors of baklavas (almond, pistachio,... More

I love Lebanese food and this place brings all the real taste to their food. Starting with the bread which is baked there, the shawarma, the pockets and the pies! I love them all. Prices are very reasonable and the service super efficient and fast. Easy to park but usually crowded during lunch time.Thy their Baba Ghanouj... it is my... More

Great Mediterranean food. Probably more Lebanese than Jerusalem but what's in a name!? Fresh food, pita made on premises and I believe the other food is too. It is in a shopping center that doesn't get much traffic and sits a little off of Old Milton. For that reason, I often wondered what I'd find. I finally wandered in. Now,... More

I tried a number of items on their menu. Guess this just isn't tuned to my taste, I did not find anything appetizing and left hungry. With that said, some of the people in my group did enjoy the food.

I really enjoy eating here from time to time because of the uniqueness of the food choices available here, as compared to most establishments in the USA. I suppose that gyro's are the most Americanized of the Mediterranean foods and they have that. But they also have a nice selection of other Mediterranean choices that you just don't find very... My go to lunch place. This place serves the best Middle Eastern food in Atlanta. The place is always packed with office professionals during peak lunch hours. The menu is filled with sandwiches, salads, pies, shawarmas and the list is long. You will get fresh bread here all the time. My favorite is Falafel Sandwich with Hummus. After eating here... More
