We went to Altobeli's with our neighborhood senior group.....22 people this time. Had a reservation and they had everything set up for us. Our head waiter was very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I can only speak of my food and it was good, but not great. However the ambiance with the setting, music and service... More

We celebrated my Mom's birthday at Altobeli and had a great time. Altobeli has it all: excellent food, great entertainment and great services. All my friends were very pleased and enjoyed the place. Thank you Al and the team!

Went to this restaurant with four of our neighbors. Food was good but the trip was worth taking for the piano bar. The waiter had warned us the clams were quite small-but two of us tried the linguini vongole (their style) They were small as advertised. One of the bartenders shared the mike with a long time customer. The piano... More

The menu is mainly American dishes written in Italian. A lot of veal, some chicken, steak, a little fish. Only a couple of pasta dishes - lasagna and ravioli. No gnocchi, minestrone, ziti, etc. All the meals are very heavy with creams and wine sauces - pasta e fagoli is made with chicken stock and smells like chicken noodle soup.... More

Have been eating here for years and still enjoy. A local place with a definite personality. We especially enjoy the live music. Not sure where you can find this in a local mid priced restaurant. Staff is prompt and friendly. Food is good. We have a few favorites which we enjoy and haven't tried many of their dishes. We will... More

This night they had a frank Sinatra type singer. He was just ok but their regulars are the best. The food was delicious. I would recommend the trio of shrimp, veal and... More

OK, so we were visiting Alpharetta, GA, over Labor Day weekend, and wanted a nice place for a special dinner. We reviewed several restaurants on the Internet and picked one that looked promising. The menu at Altobeli’s looked enticing, and the décor looked attractive and comfortable, so off we went. Little did we know what really awaited us. Altobeli’s (25... More

It's been a while since we've eaten at Altobeli's and now I remember why. Three of us went there this evening. One of us had the escargot appy. While these weren't terrible, there was definitely a lack of seasoning, especially salt of any kind. We ordered three entrees- veal parmesian, veal saltimbocca and chicken florentine. No salt. Not a bit.... More
