Casa Nuova is busy every single night ... with good reason! Good food! I'm in love with the eggplant parmigiana but you pretty much can't go wrong in here. They have several specials every day and they are always fantastic, although I do suggest you ask the price before ordering. The specials tend to be quite pricey, where the regular... More

After moving to the Alpharetta area, and reading the reviews, my wife and I decided we had to try Casa Nuova. Last night we finally had the opportunity, and it was a great test run with family from New Jersey in town. We called during the day to make reservations for around 7:00 pm and were told "just come, don't... More

For a long overdue date night, my wife and I decided to try this Italian restaurant and are glad we did. Sure it was a little out of the way (it says Alpharetta but I'm thinking it is actually S. Forsyth), so we called at 2:00 pm for a same day dinner reservation and spoke to Maria (more on her... More

I met a client there for lunch on his recommendation. The service was about the best i've seen and the although I only had a Caesar Salad it was correct and really good. The owner came by and she spend sometime talking to me even though she was quite busy. She explained that she grows most of the vegetables and... More

Wine and appetizer were good, the special veal and crab was very watery with strong fishy taste which killed the good taste of the veal and was a negative:( also the host did not tell us that the special was 50% more pricier than their most expensive food on the menu so we kinda got screwed that way. Dont get... More

This little Italian eatery is amazing! First visit today for lunch, a little higher than a typical lunch, price wise - a LOT higher than the typical lunch in quality and taste! At our table we had the meat stuffed ravioli and the lasagna. Two distinct flavors! You could tell the sauces were home made, as well as the pasta!... More

I went there last week and sat at bar to eat as I travel and so it's just me. Dale and Lisa were working behind the bar and had a great time and a fabulous meal. Although the lasagna I had was fantastic, this place has the best garlic bread I've ever had. The owner Maria came out and checked... More

This is our "go to" restaurant when we want to impress the foodies in our life.. Amazing non traditional Italian style foods.... Sole, grouper, and roll pork are our stand ours. We went on "Monday night wine night"...Cannolli's for dessert were made fresh, not soggy. This is a family owned restaurant ran with pride and it is reflected in their... More

Artichoke and hearts of palm salad was delicious. I had lasagna, wife had veal Milanese.... both were excellent! Fresh hot garlic bread. Tiramisu gelato - fresh made - for dessert was great as well. Excellent service, very attentive. Will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend if you want great Italian!

Three of us had three different veal dishes and one fish entrée.....all were excellent (as were the varied appetizers).....the service was very attentive and the owner made several trips to tables to be sure everything was going well......very friendly staff...
