Read the reviews and wanted to try it. It was definitely the place that locals go and was very busy when we went. Wanted the fried chicken but went on Tues and they served it on Mon. Had the beef tips and rice, cream corn and white acre peas, cream corn was the best of the three. I must say... More

This is one of Albany's greatest places for breakfast and lunch. They have great quality food, friendly staff, fast service, and did I mention the great food??!!! The ONLY bad thing I can say about Pearly's is that they are not open any later than 2:00 pm. They serve breakfast up until closing so if you are like me and... More

Nothing fancy at all about the place and it is open for breakfast and lunch. You can eat in or drive through. It is one of the few places to still get Hardy's raisin biscuits (The owner used to own a Hardy's and kept the recipe). If you go at lunch go early they start running out of the most... More

Me and my family were visiting Chehaw Park in Albany and asked the gift shop sales guy, Harold, for a recommendation and he suggested Pearly's. We arrived around 1:20 on Monday afternoon and found the hours to be 6am-2pm. We ordered our food and found seats fairly quickly. I could imagine an hour before it would have been much busier.... Pearly's is an Albany landmark. Many locals eat their breakfast here. Good food at a reasonable price. Home town atmosphere

We stopped at Pearly's on our way to Pine Mountain, GA. This place was just what I had in mind: southern food, southern hospitality, fast service and vegetarian friendly! Food was delicious and had many choices to pick from that are typical southern favorites made without the pork that typically is cooked in most things southern. (There is a good... More

We had a very nice breakfast on our last morning here. They are very busy so if you can get a parking spot, stop in. Even though they are so busy we got our food in a good time and it was very good.

Breakfast a Pearly's is always great, lots of choices. Best biscuits and breakfast in town. Great service, never letting your coffee cup get empty.

While driving through on our way to Alabama we stopped here for breakfast. We expected a sit down type restaurant so we were slightly thrown off when we realized it wasn't. With having a baby we didn't want to have to wait in line then carry our food to a table. This gentleman noticed we were about to leave so... More

Don't bother to go anywhere else...the food is great and the atmosphere is just what you will want. Of course, don't eat here often or you won't fit your clothes anymore.
