Buffet with several meat choices and around a dozen side choices. The vegetables are fantastic and my husband loves the fried chicken. We also like to go on Friday nights when they offer the fried catfish. The salad bar is also very good. The only thing I'm usually not impressed by is their desserts. The staff has always been extremely... More

After reading other reviews on Adairsville Inn, we were expecting something wonderful; we got less than that. We arrived about ½ hr. from closing, but food still looked good. First problem was air conditioning or the lack thereof. On a 90-degree day, you NEED air conditioning, especially in a room with buffet hot trays. There were two visible fans at... More

Buffet is great.Chef Lee was head chef for Quality Inn restaraunt, in Cartersville, for years.A Sunday lunch, was at least an hour wait, and nobody minded. The food is just as good at the Inn.Chef Lee knows southern cooking, and excels in his fried chicken as well as, prime rib.He sets a variety of meats and veggies, and has cake and... The town of Adairsville has been lovingly restored and town pride is quite evident so we decided to eat with the locals. OK spot with friendly servers and patrons. The food here is mediocre at best. Fried chicken was on a parallel with grocery store fried chicken and the mashed potatoes had the consistency of instant. Peach cobbler was prepared... More

Get off the freeway and stop here for lunch! Clean, courteous employees, Staff takes great pride in their restaurant. Great southern cooking. It is a buffet but don't over do it, very rich, and I mean that in a good way. After lunch take a stroll in downtown Adairsville by crossing the street. Short walk. Was so surprised by the... More

The roast beef and fried chicken were excellent. The macaroni and cheese was some of the best I've ever had. The cantaloupe was definitely fresh. I really enjoyed the sweet potato cobbler in the sweet tea as well.

I called far in advance & made reservations for a party of 8 at noon & asked for a table on the porch - place was already getting packed, but we were seated right away. My parents are in their late 80's and I knew the buffet would be difficult for them to maneuver, so I quickly filled their plates... More

What a delight !!!!!! Went with a senior group and really enjoyed the experience !!! The group was already comparing this location to a very popular restaurant in Savannah that we had been to the previous month and we were so disappointed in. We walked in wanting to have a great lunch and comparing the experience, AND WE DID!!!!!!! This... More
