We both had shrimp & oysters. They we very good and so were the fries and slaw. Staff was friendly and quick. They could dry the oysters a tad longer so batter doesn't fall off, but still it was great. Would def go again.

I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Excellent food - although I typically get the seafood - because well, it IS Apalachicola! Excellent service, good prices, and reliably good food! Best oysters anywhere!

We had dinner. Most of the menu consisted of something fried. The first two fish were listed as coming from Alaska. That seemed a little strange for a Gulf Coast restaurant. Anyway the food was okay and the beer was cold all at very reasonable price. If you're looking for a descent dinner for not a lot of money you... More

Located in the heart of "downtown". A very casual atmosphere with expected decor. Open and airy. The menu is local seafood, mostly as you would expect. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Not on the water but close. A good lunch stop.

Our table had gumbo, salad, shrimp and oysters. Not a crumb remained after lunch. The potato salad was something special.

Went for lunch the service was slow and the food was just ok. Not at all what we expected. The hush puppies were made from yellow corn meal. Did not care for them. Felt ignored when out server was Arrhenius counter adding tickets up and talking to people there's a lot going on at the counter very distracting. We will... More

We ordered the fried oyster basket and the fried white fish basket. Both were very tasty. We also tried the coconut cream pie which was pretty good. Would recommend this restaurant for fresh seafood.

Went at lunch and not surprisingly the place was packed but we quickly got a high-topped table. Service was simply outstanding. Reminded me of my choldhood trips to Florida. The very friendly, obviously well experienced wait staff is all over it from checking back to pouring more tea (sweet or unsweet). We both had a combo basket of fried shrimp... More

we both ordered the fried shrimp basket and were completely satisfied .... perfectly cooked shrimp and fries ... I got a side of slaw that was also very good ... it was a little stuffy inside so we sat outside and the outside service was surprisingly really good and the people watching was a hoot ... since it's on a... I ordered a small mates plate and got three small shrimp, two small oysters, a very small piece of fish and a few tiny scallops. I was STILL HUNGRY and paid $15.00. I asked the waitress about it and was told "there is nothing I can do." Are you kidding me, there is ALWAYS something you can do when a... More
