I think everyone in my party got the All American Breakfast ($11) with some combination of sausage bacon and/or ham and sunny side up. The food at this place was very good. Especially the hand squeezed orange juice. Actually I can probably say it's the best OJ I've ever had. My girlfriend said the bacon was amazing. The restaurant itself... More

We managed to have outdoor scenic seating and it took about 15 min. For our order to be taken for drinks or appetizers. There were few tables with customers that evening. We ordered our food and 90 minutes later, it was finally served. We noticed one couple walked out after waiting for drinks way too long. They comped our drinks,... More

A local told us about Caroline's. We arrived and there weren't any customers in the dining room but us. There was a nice view of the intracoastal waterway, and yet the decor was not to my taste, but the food made up for that in spades. I ordered scallops and a crab cake with a sauce and it not only... Went to Caroline's for dinner on Monday August 18 based on a terrific breakfast we had some time ago. It was a bit warm but there was a gentle breeze so we decided to sit in the screened in gazebo out on the water. Alana was our delightful server who promptly greeted us and briefly explained the specials and made... More

We were very pleasantly surprised at the freshness, taste, and presentation of our meals. Their specialty seems to be grouper and rightfully so! There were 4 or 5 different grouper dishes, of which we tried two of them. Both were fantastic! The salads were a little larger than you normally find and they offer many homemade dressings. We both opted... More

Sunday morning after our stay at the Apalachicola River Inn, we were had breakfast at Caroline's. It was complimentary and delicious. I had shrimp and grits with eggs cooked to order. My wife had the all-American-breakfast cooked to order. The orange juice was really freshly squeezed. Great food and service!

A taste of Old Florida . Friendly staff, fresh linens, a view of the river inside where it is cool. You can sit outside if you prefer but it was 90+ degrees this week. The food is wonderful, oysters, red fish and much more. They are famous for their breakfasts all the breakfast choices you know made and more oysters,... More

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, best scallops ever. Casual dining but romantic at the same time. Would definitely eat there again.
