Great Lunch Spot

This is a great lunch spot. A deli to sit down and talk. My mom and I had a great lunch here. I enjoy their soup and sandwiches. My mom had the same. There food is fresh, but that comes with a wait time. So don't be in a rush here. They are good, but good things take time. The... read more

Four of us had a late lunch at TooJay's in Altamonte Springs. We all had soups and a variety of sandwiches. I had a Ruben which was one of the better ones I've had. The Key Lime pie, however, was not authentic. At times, service was a little slow. Prices were in line with what I expected. The deli is... More

I enjoyed myself. Prices are fair. Adult drinks are free for refills but not kids. I asked for a second cup of milk for my son and the waitress hesitated. She mentioned that she had already cashed me out but that she would get it still. If you substitute any side order with sweet potato fries, its $1.39, but order... More

New York Deli, Florida Style TOOJAY'S ORIGINAL GOURMET DELI - For many people the word deli conjures up images of New York storefronts and this is no disappointment. Started in 1981 on Palm Beach island, TooJay’s has become a Florida institution, with 25 restaurants throughout the state. 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, dine-in, take-out, delivery and... Using a Too Jay's gift card, enjoyed our first dinner meal at Too Jay's as we're generally morning and lunch guests. One order included a cup of matzo ball soup and the beef brisket and potato latke plate- other order was a corned beef sandwich which is a usual "have to have". Portion sizes of each were large. Noticed and... More

When I have a cold, my husband of 44 years will go to TooJay's and get two quarts of Matzo Ball Soup for me. I call it my penicillin and my symptoms from my cold tend to fade away! A favorite of mine is the Beef Brisket dinner with Latkes (potato pancakes served with sour cream and applesauce...delicious.) The portions... More

TooJays - love it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is so good, the value for product is fabulous and it's like a good sweater; comfortable and nice. We go there for breakfast twice a month (have been for years). No one in town can touch their breakfasts. One complaint - they changed how they make their omelets. Instead... More

In-laws live in the area & come here often. Soup was great, waitress prompt & sassy, wife's chicken full, flavorful & filling. Ruben however was sad. Dry toasted wheat bread with ample meat & very little sauerkraut and no Russian dressing so the whole adventure was tastless. Fries were supposed to be well done but were just average. Rest of... The food at the Coral Springs Too Jays is always fresh and delicious. For the first time today we tried one of their hamburgers. It did not disappoint. You can really taste the difference with fresh ground beef. The cole slaw is not the mush you get in other restaurants. Theirs is great. The deli sandwiches are like nothing you... More
