Any of the TwoJays restaurants are great, day in , day out. I'm especially partial to their French Onion soup and pastrami sandwiches... generously loaded with hot pastrami. The brisket sandwich is another excellent choice. I often stop by and take out a half pound or more of pastrami or brisket, a loaf of wonderful rye bread, a slice of... More

We visit TooJays at least once a month and enjoy it every time. The food is always great as is the service. Breakfast, lunch or dinner it doesn't matter because they an outstanding menu no matter what time of day. My favorite meal is the stuffed cabbage dinner and a potato knish, heaven! You can't go wrong by visiting TooJay's

My friend and I were amazed. The quality of the food was excellent; the staff courteous, and the price was not outrageous. We had the pot roast - so tender, no fork needed and the mixed smashed carrots and sweet potatoes were very tasty. We had absolutely no room for dessert, but they looked divine.....maybe next time!

We went on a Jewish holiday and the place was crowded but with luck, we were seated immediately. The food was a bit slow coming out but our waitress made sure we were OK. (If you want a phenomenal waitress ask for Sue. She's been there forever and anticipates your every need. An amazing attribute that we seldom see anymore.)... More

One of the best corn beef sandwiches around. Only better ones in New York and Chicago at their Jewish Deli's. The corn beef was fresh and the rye bread tasted like it just came out of the oven, very fresh. The waitress was friendly and very nice. Nice place to eat and a very large menu to order whatever your... More

We visit here a few times a year and they are consisently good. Staff is experienced, helpful and friendly. The food is plenty for the price paid and very good quality. Have never felt overcharged or ripped off when dining here.

We went on a Friday night, expecting the place to be crowded, but we were seated immediately. I saw a sandwich on their website that looked good, but I couldn't find it on the menu, so I asked the server. She said it was the "Triple J", so that's what I got. The menu has a large selection of sandwiches... More

we enjoy sunday breakfasts at TooJay's. It's mostly delicious although sometimes they cut the fruit too close to the rind and it can lose some tenderness. The waitstaff is warm and the restaurant is clean. The deli is very very good and the desserts are devine. Very homey. Have not had an occasion to have lunch or dinner there.

I have been seeing a friend of mine "check in" on Facebook at Toojay's for years. Finally decided to give it a try myself. The Reuben was probably the best I've had South of NYC, & the manager comped my dessert since I was a first timer. I took his (& my server, Debbie's) suggestion, & ordered. The Chocolate Cheese... The title says it all. Any time I need a good hot pastrami on rye, here is where we go. Although the meat is not stacked even half as high as at, say, the Carnegie Deli in Manhattan, it is at least consistently very good meat. And there is very little wasted! TooJay's has all the usual deli delights, whether... More
