Excellent food. new location is spacious and inviting. old plce was cramped. food is much better when eaten on site-take out gets soggy and doesn't travel well.

A family favorite for take out. Papaya salad, Tom Yum soup, Ginger duck are favorites. The only improvement is to have larger portions or more food to sauce ratio. We love the eggplant dishes, but, there are so few eggplant pieces that it's always disappointing.

My mother, brother and I went here after years of anticipation. It was so worth the visit and we will be back again soon! My brother went to Thailand and said the food was about as close as one could get to the real deal. Everything is absolutely fantastic and the servers are very nice. Be sure to stop by!!

Lunchtime is a great way to avoid the long lines normally associated with this restaurant. The Pad Thai had just the right amount of spice and lots of chicken. All in all a very enjoyable lunch.

This restaurant has long been one of our favorite places to eat, even when it was in the dark cramped smaller space. The reason? Because the food is so authentic, fresh and delicious and the flavors are perfect. We are not alone in this opinion because it is crowded, even in its new, bigger location with far more seating. Full menu with fresh and large serving. Fried wanton with chili sauce-appetizer! Also spring roll with plum sauce very good. Thai fried rice with chicken excellant taste. Great for large groups.

This "hidden gem" has gone big-time by opening a much larger and more visible restaurant just down the street from its former location that was tucked in the middle of an outdoor shopping plaza. There are actually two locations, one in West Hartford center, and for those of us that live on "the other side of the mountain", this one... More

Four of us went, wanting to try out their new location. The opinion of everyone were the main dishes were fine, but nothing that would make us come back. There were two Pad Thais, a Cashew with Beef, and a Seafood dish. The Papaya salad was intriguing with a tangy taste; the spring rolls were good but, again, nothing special.

There are several thai restaurants near me. Wherever I travel, I always try to find a Thai restaurant. Our family really enjoys thai. With this in mind, I must say that with we are thai connoisseurs. Of all the restaurants therefore, in the Hartford area, we choose the Elephant Trail as our top pick. The food in the Elephant Trail... More

Had the cashew nut and was an amazing dish. Had a chicken appetizer which was also delicious. I wanted to try something other than the pad thai. The spring roll appetizers were not that great; almost like they were heated up from being frozen. Overall a place I would come back to but wouldn't go out of the way for.
