We love Vin 48! Surviving a harrowing day of travel that culminated with a long Colorado Mountain Express ride after a canceled flight from DIA to Eagle/Vail, we were so happy to arrive in Avon and discover a new restaurant/wine bar. Restaurant opened in December '07 and has a chic LA-like atmosphere. We are very particular diners and are NOT the type of people that judge food on the "quantity" served, rather we scrutinize it for quality, preparation and presentation.
