Small but Mighty Moroccan Restaurant

Moroccan food is hard to find in the greater Denver area, so we were happy when we heard about Cafe Paprika. This small restaurant is located in the Uvalda Shoppette stripmall behind 7-11. Great food and service, nice atmosphere. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are and that everything is prepared with love.

This little restaurant is hidden in the corner of a small shopping mall which is a shame because they have a wonderful menu. The atmosphere is pleasant and the personnel are friendly. The food is, for some items, an acquired taste; but all in all it is a great place to have a good meal.

Ate with another couple last night, Valentines Day. We had a reservation and were promptly seated in this very small restaurant. And then promptly ignored for at least 20 minutes. When we ordered, a harried owner came out and took the order with two great misinterpretations of our order. We waited 30 minutes for an appetizer to arrive. It was... More

The good: The staff was nice, attentive, and filled the mint tea about a zillion times. It was clean, well lit and quiet. The falafel was really good, and I normally don't like falafel. The meh: Nothing had much flavor. The gyro meat was dry. The hummus, baba ganoush and tziki sauce all tasted about the same. EVERYTHING had too... More

It is no surprise that this restaurant has been in business for over 20 years. The food was fantastic and the service was welcoming. I am so glad to have discovered this little gem of a restaurant in a strip mall in Aurora. If you are in the mood for something exotic and friendly, this is the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Cafe Paprika last night. We've driven past here too many times to count over the years and didn't know what we were missing. Friendly service, really outstanding food, and a comfortable atmosphere.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the owner was very nice. The food was delicious as well as the mint tea served with it. Not too expensive, and authentic. I would go again.

Took a group here on a business trip in Aurora based on the ratings from Trip Advisor. Not very busy when we arrived, which concerned me. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Food was great. The entire group had something different and everyone's plate was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Cafe Paprika.

Went for a late lunch with family. Ambience is cozy with Moroccan atmosphere. Service is polite with typical Moroccan hospitality. Food was hot and good, authentically Moroccan. Portions need to be bigger since the food is so good!! Go with the recommendations of the House. But don't miss the TAJINES and the Moroccan Mint Tea. Bill?? Around $20 per head.
