Was crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon. We opted to sit at the counter instead of a thirty minute wait for a table for four. First time visit and the menu is filled with great looking food from breakfast to steak dinners, diner food, Greek food and Mexican food. We had the meatloaf melt, the three choice Mexican combo, the... More

It's a diner folks, but a really good one. Service is always diner good, food always really good. Watch out for crowds at peak times like weekend mornings and lunch. I like their burritos personally.

I loved eating here for the food and the Denver culture. Just hopping all the time with all kinds of people. The food was fabulous. I had one of the daily specials, the stuffed pepper, that was delicious and filled me up. Very reasonably priced and service was excellent.

Do not understand why the prep cook, kitchen staff, yet alone the waitress, would serve a piece of watermelon rind (no fruit), the end of an orange peel (again, no fruit), unripe melon and pineapple and call this, a fruit plate. The only edible fruit were four grapes and three blackberries. When I called it to the waitress' attention that... More

Perfect local restaurant. Very affordable and good menu. Had the chicken fried steak and eggs...perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Get there early or you'll have a wait. Very popular.

My cousin and her husband had flown in and wanted to meet for breakfast. i chose to take them to Sam's No. 3 because of the large menu, high reviews by others and my cousin is gluten free. We all ordered different assortments of food. The portions of food were perfectly sized; the wait staff was friendly and fast; also,... More

Usually eat here at lunchtime, but breakfast is served all day. Never had anything we didn't like a lot, but my favorite is the green chili which I believe was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Comes with two huge tortillas...yum! Service always with a smile, sometimes a wait but not terribly long, and I always like being able to... More

We went for breakfast at Sam's #3 on Havana for the first time last month early morning and had a great experience. The service was good, the food was great and it was fairly quiet. I had the Spero's breakfast burrito which delicious and quite big (I had to take half to go) the green chili was amazing and my... More

Whatever you're hungry for, you can probably get it at Sam's No. 3. We've had hot turkey sandwich, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, a burrito, a gyro, and a hamburger. It's good diner food and the wait staff is fun. Not at all pretentious. Always a popular choice.

Sam's #3 has been one of our fav's in Aurora for a very long time and born from a great family owned restaurant. The wide variety of food was always good, at a great price, served quickly and by a friendly waitstaff. Having a full bar is also a bonus! Recently however it's growing attractiveness has had a somewhat negative... More
