We finished eating and drinking our beverages before our waitress came to check on us! The food was OK but my burger got soggy before I could even get a jalapeño for it! Love the endless fries but at this point to frustrated to get more!

Everytime I go to this restaurant, I have a similar meal; so I am confident in saying that the lettuce they use is not the freshest and the sliced black olives have a nasty, canned, spoiled taste. I do love the onion rings *short stack is perfect* but the salads leave a bit to be desired.

I have been to the Red Robin near home a few times, always had a good experience, so the lunch we had at the Havana St, Aurora location was a huge let-down. My wife and I took out kids and grandkids, who had been to one of the Aurora locations previously, and they were equally surprised at the drop in... More

I enjoy a good burger and sometimes the burgers here are pretty good and other times they are not so good, or, in fact, cold. The fries are dry (if you like dry fries, they are bottomless). There is inconsistency in the service, food and cleanliness in not just this Red Robin but all of the Red Robins in and... More

We saw our waitress exactly three times during our entire visit. She took our drink order, she took our food order and she brought our check. Someone else brought our food and drinks and we never received refills once. I doubt we will return to this location.

Way overpriced for what you get in my opinion for just average food. Went here during lunch hour and the service was good anyway. Just nothing special to recommend this place and doubt I would go back for another try either.

I am very excited that the chili burger is back at Red Robin. You all finally listened to your customers after complaining for 2 years that you quit making the chili burger. I am very glad that you did listen to us customers. This is a fun location with lots of birthday celebrations on Friday and Saturday nights. If you... More

A very nice surprise. The last time I visited this chain, I was somewhat disappointed with overpriced burgers and a lack of entree choices. This visit all changed....Delicious salad selections, an excellent fish and chips entree with bottomless sweet potato fries were enjoyed by all members of our dining party. Friendly service accompanied our dinner experience. Good Job Red Robin!

Service, atmosphere, food: JUST ALL great and wonderful! Spent many times in there and the Red Robin Royalty card is good to have!

I eat at Red Robin all over the country, but the Aurora store is the one I am most frequently at, followed by the Parker location. What I love about Red Robin, is that the food is always good, and the service is always good to excellent. I like burgers (who doesn't!) and Red Robin's are very good with a... More
