Outstanding

This is the third time we have been and this by far the best. I had the striped bas with kale and my husband had the ny strip. We started with the oysters(fabulous). Make a reservation as we saw many turned down, even for the bar. Staff was all friendly and service right on pace.

We were recommended here for the best steaks in Aspen by our concierge at Aspen Square condominiums and it certainly lived up to all expectations . The fillet on the bone was the best steak I have ever eaten .We also shared the twice cooked potato and asparagus ,with 2 glasses of wine the bill was $200 .

We were in the mood for a steak. There's is really good. We split a prime rib eye, twice baked potato and wedge salad. The broil the steaks so the fat melts and the outside crusty. Wines are a bit pricey. Beautiful place and great staff. Two of us spent 125 plus tip for the dinner above and 1 martini... More

This steakhouse is considered the best in Aspen, but I would say that it's not anything too special. It's a good solid steakhouse, and nothing we had was bad. I only give 3 stars because I think it underperforms a little. A prime steakhouse in Aspen claiming to be the best should be nailing it and this was good but... More

I have been there few times with friends . Meat is great and cooked to perfection. The place is great and very well decorated, very good service. Loved the American Kobe filet and the lobster tail.

We eat here at least twice a year, EVERY year- if we plan ahead and make a reservation as they are ALWAYS full. This is simply because the food and service here are consistently perfect. This is our FAVORITE restaurant in Aspen. Whether its the carpaccio, mussels & frites, oysters, oysters rockefeller, wedge, bone in filet, rib eye, brussel sprouts,... More

If you want a prime steak and you are in Aspen, this would be the place. Great wine list. Great Steaks. Professional Service. Well appointed, dimly lit and with an ambiance that is very fitting with the Aspen feel. Relaxed luxury. I could go on about the steak, the potatoes, the sides and wine - but if you are looking... I've eaten here at least once per visit to Aspen. Very nice atmosphere, feels like an old speak easy with red leather booths. Excellent quality of steak, we've also very much enjoyed the appetizers (King crab if available) and side dishes. Try the double baked potato!
