We ate at theh bar off the bar menu and had a fabulous meal. Go early because all the bar seat and tables fill quickly. Service was very good and the bistro steak was cooked just right. The steaks are absolutely as good as everyone claims (The negative reviews on the steaks I simply don't understand!). I had the tomahawk ribeye, my wife had the ribeye and my son the flat iron. All were perfectly prepared, of the highest quality you can find and wonderfully flavorful. What is not getting enough mention is the beautiful and sexy... More

Went with a gang of ski buddies for our annual steak night. We decided twenty plus years at Jimmy's was enough. Nearly all agreed this was a nice step up. The steak quality was better. The onion and tomato salad I had was as good as one could expect for tomatoes in February. The oysters, however, were not worth the... More

We were not able to get a reservation at this excellent steakhouse but we did get a chance to dine at the bar and what a great experience it was. Upon arriving you will be met by the charming coat check person and host staff. We were seated at the cozy and charming bar and met by an excellent and... More

Was sent by concierge a hotel with recommendation best steak he ever had. Suspect he was used to eating horse. My filet was first served by waitstaff as lamb. When they got the order right, seasoned with too much salt. The meat was good, but nothing special. I get better cuts of beef from my local butcher for 1/5 the... More

Went with my wife and daughter as we had heard from other people that the steaks were amazing here. I have eaten in a lot of steak houses both in the USA and Aus, but can say that one off the best (not the cheapest) meals I have ever had. I ordered the cowboy rib-eye and it was incredible. Would... Went with three guy friends. The staff was great and the bordello style atmosphere was really fun. The wine selection was superb. My steak was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, juicy and well marbled. Mouth wateringly great. The bill was a bit of a shocker and I wish there were some smaller steaks to choose from. They are all... More

We have traveled to Aspen twice in the last six months and have eaten at this steakhouse both times. The best steak I have had in quite some time is the kobe flat iron steak. I am usually a filet person, but this steak is amazing with great flavor and tenderness. The kale salad is also lovely with a delicate... More

We visited early on a week day without a reservation and chose to sit at the bar. Lauren the bartender was very accommodating and service was excellent. The wine list was extensive and I wanted to try something different. The sommelier was well versed and I tried something new and was pleased. Started with a unique French onion soup, the... More
