Took a look at the Living Room. Cool place to see, but not to stay. Big over sized furniture and it was pretty empty. Afraid we could have fallen asleep there. So, we hung out in Jay Bar. The bartenders were great. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. The people watching was good. Saw a number of groups come in and... More

This great, old school bar still has the character from 1889 when it first opened. The history, great bartender and drinks make this a must see when you are in Aspen. Hit both spots at the Jerome, the main bar and the lobby bar. Both will get you immediately into the Holiday Spirit. Make sure you get the Trinidad Rum... More

I loved the atmosphere and the food. I had the mini Kobe steak tacos. GET THEM because they are delicious.

J-Bar has the best burger I've ever eaten. It's a must try when in Aspen. Sit at the bar and chat with the bartender and servers. They are great entertainment. They also created a new ap that is thoughtful and fun. Ask them about it!

We attended a buffet reception at the Jerome Hotel that was over the top . The Hotel is owned and operated by the Auberge Resort Group and the food, service, and decor are as good as it gets. The selection of appetizers included shrimp cocktail, mini ruben sandwiches, salmon , assorted canapé, etc. The best of all was the prime... More

From the moment you walk into the J-Bar you feel like you just stepped back into time. The decor is splendidly completely to preserve the history while providing a comfortable place to enjoy family or friends. Order the J-Bar burger! This is not your average thin patty with mayo. This burger is like the one you BBQ on your own... More

We had heard about the great burger at the J-Bar. Even with the hype, and heightened expectations, the burger at J-Bar really was spectacular. I also should note that the service was outstanding as well.

Fun scene, good bar eats and great drinks. Be sure to order a Sazerac, or two - you will not regret it!
