Our family went here for there THRUSDAY nite fried chicken special. Unusual fare for a French bistro but the locals recommended it. We ate outside and had a great meal plus desert was a killer. Costs a few $$$ but worth it

We both went for the $15 burger as we didn't feel like the 2 course fixed price menu (which looked very good). The burger came with a choice of salads or frites which was a nice option. We both had salads and shared a side of frites. All items were average to our taste. The large burger patty was perhaps... More

There is not literally one thing that I can say bad about this restaurant! The atmosphere and ambience were perfect for a nice dinner. The sweetbreads were out of this world!

Rustique is open year-round. On Thursday night they have a fried chicken three course prix fix for $27. Great deal as you have an array of first courses to choose from. I had the predictable French onion soup that was so tasty, high quality gruyere and skillful broth made this soup unpredictably super delicious. The chicken was salty for me,... More

We recently joined some friends at Rustique for an off season dinner. The food was good and the service was really great. We recommend Rustique when visiting Aspen. It's in a great location, just one block from Restaurant Row so you can actually find parking. The appetizer plate was really great...it was meats, cheeses and other delightful tasty delights. The... This was our first time at Rustique and we were pleasantly surprised. We had guest in town, table of 8 and everyone was pleased with their meal. We started with a fabulous chicken liver pate (my favorite ) calamari and fries! Can it get any better. We each had something up different, chicken, steak, trout ( wish I had ordered)... More

Rustique is an outstanding restaurant. On the menu there is something for everyone. The wine list is fairly priced, the service was flawless and the food was perfectly prepared. Our favorites were the onion soup, the risotto, and the steak but everything ordered at Rustique is perfection.

One of the places where you can ask the waiter for his recommendation and you'll have something good.

The liver was excellent but that was it. The short ribs were served in a stew pot with a flavorless broth and the meat was tough. The sweetbreads was terrible with way to much breading and it tasted like they were deep fried. Desserts not worth the money.
