Pinons always delivers consistent food and incredible service. The host is warm and gracious making you feel at home when you walk through the door. The wine steward is knowledgable and friendly with great suggestions every time. The service is always attentive and never rushed. From the bread to the bread pudding the food is delicious!! Great place as always!

Four of us had dinner at Pinon's last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The mushroom soup was the best I have ever tasted. And, the entrees were excellent -- trout, chicken and the veal chop. The key lime pie was also delicious. The service was first class and there were affordable wines on the wine list. We will be back... More

During my recent visit to Aspen for New Years, we ate at Pinons for our last dinner in town. Unknowingly, we had saved the best for last! The service is outstanding, the ambiance pleasant and the food spectacular. I cannot say enough about this restaurant.

Pinons has a nice $35 prix-fixe bar menu, but it isn't as well-developed as some others in the area. The pork tenderloin is nothing special, nor is the scallop ravioli in lobster marsala. Frankly, the best part of our meal was the bread basket, which featured an outstanding fruit-studded pumpernickel.

Always GREAT, never disappoints!! Freddy salad is always good and the rack of lamb yummy! We have been going for almost 30 years, and will continue to put Pinions always at the top of our list of favorites!!

Several restaurants were included on our group night out and we joined the Pinons group. Never had a Jalapeno Margarita before and loved it - unusually tasty, flavorful with just the right amount of not-too-powerful zing. Be sure to try it. The buffalo tenderloin was "good", the peppered pork tenderloin was "very good" and the NY strip was "awesome". Deserts... More

I have enjoyed the hospitality of Pinon's warm professional staff and the always fresh sophistication of their innovative cuisine for many years. As I get ready to head back to Aspen for the Winter season I am looking forward to dressing up a bit and enjoying the spectacular wine list. We have many favorites on this Innovative Modern American menu,... More

This is not the first time that we have eaten at Pinon's but it just continues to get better! Since becoming a Vegan, we have really missed enchiladas. Not anymore! There tofu enchilada is the best enchilada that I have ever eaten! They have an incredible wine list and their service is over the top!
