Hearty lunch

We each ordered different sandwiches, from a burger to Rueben to French dip. We were hungry and did a good job of putting it all away. This place is old and rustic. We have been there several times and I like the atmosphere. Not for a fussy person who likes sleek and modern.

As a European, I was already prepared to different flavors and a different concept of tastiness, but I don't think it's a compliment in any culture to be said your food tastes like McDonald's. The bacon in Annie's hamburger was completely cold, dry and hard to chew. I thought I was chewing my leather belt! And there was only meat... More

This was so good we went here twice. The food and service were both good and they are very friendly. The portions are big... I recommend the Rum Pecan Bundt Cake for desert!

We visited Little Annie's Eating house toward the end of our stay in Aspen. Our experience wasn't bad but also not all that remarkable. Service and food was good and it was one of the least expensive meals we had in Aspen so a decent "value." Seemed to be a popular place for families with kids.

We stopped in for an early dinner after hiking Maroon Bells & Crater Lake. We were underdressed for Aspen on a Saturday evening, but we'd worked up an appetite, so we slipped into Annie's. We could deduce from peeking in the window it was a very casual atmosphere! Yay! The staff was welcoming and showed us to a table up... More

A group of friends and I went here for lunch. They had great drink specials (we got a pitcher of beer and 5 shots for $20!). Mine food was alright, but my friends did love theirs. The service was great and it's a neat little local place.

Disappointed in our visit here & glad we only got only a dessert. Had eaten here about 10 years ago in this place is going downhill. It is very crowded and not very clean. The bathrooms were filthy in very very tiny. Staff were perfunctory and not very into their jobs. After looking at other peoples plates we are glad... More

We stopped by for a few drinks and appetizers around happy hour. There is no happy hour. They have some drink specials and such. Menu looks pretty good but does not have everything on it. Ask about the bar menu as well. We had a few beers and daiquiris that were all right, not the best, but that could have... More

The family has been coming here since 1983. The meals are hearty; the prices reasonable; the decor historical Aspen. New salad offerings include quinoa, kale, cranberry, walnut, tuna salad. Fabulous. Husband always chooses beef and bean chili.

My server did not know the menu, and when I asked for input about the two choices I was contemplating, she said I should have something completely different. Then, the ribeye came out overcooked, with overcooked veggies. Ain't goin back.
