Classic American breakfast!

Orange juice, pancakes with strawberries, sausage and waffles. All served with a hot cup of coffee! nice attitude and lovely staff! The best way to start the day!

The Main Street Cafe is one of the staples of Aspen, and seldom fails to satisfy. There is the usual assortment of breakfast goodies, but two stand out, in my mind. The first, my favorite, is the cinnamon raisin French toast, served with genuine maple syrup. There is a clear hint of Grand Marnier in the batter, and the cinnamon-raisin... More

Went here several times for pastries and coffee during a recent ski trip to Aspen and found it to be cry good. The building, itself, appears to be a little "run-down" but that only adds to its charm. It's nice to see that not everything in Aspen is chic and trendy to the max. Really, this reminds me of something... More

Late breakfast for 6ppl so we shared a large table with 2 others. Service was a little scattered - 2 meals, then 2 more, then last 2 arrived - but food was good. Pancakes, breakfast burrito were great! Delicious selection of breads & pastries in cases to go.

Main Street Bakery has been here forever ... best known for breakfast and lunch. Food is okay, but nothing super memorable. Convenient location. The place could use some serious renovations, but that sort of adds to the "charm".

Loved their baked goods, really fresh and delishious great eggs Benedict. Get your latte somewhere else and bring it there. It really just tasted like plain coffee with steamed milk. Very bitter.

I've only ever gotten pastries from here to bring to work, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for them in Aspen! The pastries are fresh, delicious, and huge - a winner for everyone :-) I'm everyone's favorite when I bring in Main Street Bakery & Café :-)

Visited over Thanksgiving weekend. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. Corned beef hash was amazing. Some of the baked treats on sale look very appealing. Not a large place but perfect for an Aspen breakfast.

Each time we go to Aspen - we take our breakfast at the Main street Bakery. It has always been good but a couple of weeks ago was a little disappointed cause they did not have plain yoghourt (as I usually have with my granola) but vanilla yoghourt which is always too sugary. Prices went up - but overall still... More

Historical site, needs major facelift, looks like haunted house on the outside and could be anywhere the USA, inside is lack luster for the hype that is was given by locals. YUCK! its the first thing you see when you enter heart of Aspen what a poor representation of this chic mountain town.
