Truly authentic French pastry

Hidden in airport business center this bakery is a must visit! The husband/ wife team run the bakery and are wonderful! Everything is fresh and delicious. We love visiting every time we are in Aspen.

Ooo-la-la. Everything we have ordered has been excellent. Marilyn has the knack, the gift, the taste buds and the passion. And it shows in her restaurant. We are fans of bread and French pastries. This little cafe delivers delicious French food and bread. It seems to be an Aspen quiet-little-secret all tight-lipped Aspenites waiting in line for their baguettes expect... More

Just a small little place out at the AABC. Not a lot of room for many people. Place is busy and the food is always really good. I love going here for lunch. Really good soups. Chicken tortilla is fantastic. Green Chili is great. Sandwiches and salads are super too!

We drive to Franck Thirion weekly just to have their unbelievable pastries. It's a bit of a trek but worth every bite!

This is the best place in all of Aspen for lunch! The sandwiches are all well-thought and delicious! The soups are awesome! Caesar salad is not matched anywhere in the valley in terms of quality! .. and quite honestly I have not had better 'French pastries' anywhere outside of France! This is worth the trip ... and the free parking... More

This place has the best chocolate croissant that I have had - ever and excellent cafe´. Great people, very friendly and fun. Excellent outdoor seating, quiet parking lot. Excellent for catering as well. As my wife said, "the coffee from the urn tasted good!" They have other food than pastries, but why be healthy?
