We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Lunch, and dinner menus at Justice Snow’s are developed seasonally by Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow’s serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity under the direction of renowned ‘cocktail mechanic’ Joshua-Peter Smith. We went in here after we ate dinner elsewhere. I wish we would have eaten here because the food looked delicious! Anyway, we just went here to have a nightcap. We ordered a cappuccino with Irish Cream.....it was great. Our server was very helpful in finding a drink for us since none of us knew what we wanted. Bless his... More

Food was ok, but, felt like the staff was waiting for us to leave, they weren't warm and friendly, I felt tolerated in this place the whole time, I was trying to get the attention of then wait staff to order another drink and they just stared at me, even when I waved at the once the guy just waved... We stopped in for a late lunch after driving through Independence Pass. The food and service were good, but the prices are high. Sandwiches are big so you should consider that or appetizers if you're trying to watch the cost. I had the beet and kale salad and the soup of the day and they were really good.

Stopped into this pleasant enough restaurant and bar located in the Wheeler Opera House in Vail. As our group settled into margaritas and appetizers, the bartender seemed oddly concerned about getting paid, perhaps due to a cut off time for happy hour. Anyway, he lost my credit card. The place was getting busier as dinner time approached and they took... More

This is a great place to eat in Aspen. Since we had a late lunch, we ate light and had the Devils on Horseback appetizer, a burrata, and split the Black lentil salad with salmon. All three were very tasty. There is a decent selection of wines to choose from. I think having a great server (Shawn) made the whole... More

Many people dine at Justice Snow's for a good lunch or dinner. I propose that the best meal there is breakfast. A good choice of affordable and well prepared dishes makes this spot delightful. There is outdoors dining the summer. The interior decor is in keeping with historic Aspen. Try it as an alternative to Main Street Bakery!

So lunch got off to a poor start. The hostess insisted on seating us at the bar, despite there being an empty 4 top. The bartender was friendly, but was chatting up a young lady at the bar about Thai food in town. I the food was good, but overpriced. But it's Aspen everything is over priced. the decor was... More

The decor is interesting and there is a casual vibe in the place. It feels old and western. But I couldn't help but feel like this place is designed for urban elites or wealthy foreign tourists who want to try something different. If you are just some conventional Midwestern schmuck like me, you might not like it. For starters, it... More

We opted to dine here for a late lunch based on good reviews from this and other websites. Although the menu options looked excellent, the food we received was mediocre. As someone who regularly eats lamb, my dining partner found the roasted lamb sandwich unexpectedly gamey. Twice-cooked wings recommended by the server were relatively bland. It just didn't like up... This was a very "happening" and energetic spot. Great place for a date night - but my teenagers loved it too. The portions for the food were a little small. Even their entrees were more tapas/appetizer sized. But the food was eclectic and delicious.
