Description: Justice Snow's is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen...
Justice Snow's is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus at Justice Snow's are developed seasonally by Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow's serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests' personal tastes.

Love the Historic look & feel of old Aspen

I used to go here when it was Bentley's for years. Justice Snow is very good & has atmosphere of the old mining town, the food & service is great! The prices are typical Aspen but I only go for lunch since I work in town & am seldom in town in the evening. The location is perfect for the... read more

We went twice to this place last week. First was for an ok lunch, but we were impressed by the cocktail menu and decided to come back for drinks the day after. One of our best d ecisions in Aspen. Our "liquid chef" Jacob was excellent knowledgable and very creative. We had a fantastic full hour of drinks and discovered... More

I actually did not eat here. It was a gorgeous restaurant and the menu looked great, but we were there for a story telling event. The staff was nice and the owner was there pitching in and attending the event. This is a monthly thing and there are other live music events on their calendar. Good to know that the... More

Food was creative and very well prepared. Service was impeccable. If I had one complaint is that the place needs to get bigger to accommodate the high demand. Waited three nights to get in there for dinner but well worth the wait.

We've eaten here in the past and had a decent experience. This trip we sat at the bar for drinks only and had a less than good experience. First, the woman bar tender was more interested in seeing and talking to her friends at the end of the bar (where we sat) than waiting on customers. It was very annoying... More

We were only able to sit at the bar for a few drinks but glad we found a spot. The bartender was a real mixologist so it was great to watch him make the concoctions. He welcomed questions and had stories to tell. The drinks were all made very well with great ingredients.

I went to Justice Snow twice in my week in Aspen. Great atmosphere, very nice food well presented. I recommend the lamb & the baked squash. I also recommend making reservations. I was there in February with the skiers & snow & they were full.

Probably our best meal in Aspen. Old West setting with a great bar scene. Chicken fried quail on a sweet potato waffle...crazy, but delicious! The salads are outstanding and the nightly special pasta dish was the hit of the table. Service was outstanding, even though the restaurant was very busy. The cocktail menu is as creative as the rest of... More

For a couple of foodies, the kitchen did a good job of splitting several dishes, all of which were creative and delicious. To start, we shared two snacks - Devils on Horseback and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Then we split the Barley & Wild Rice salad - lots of different flavors blended together! For our Large Plate, we had the Grilled... More
