Description: Justice Snow's is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen...
Justice Snow's is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Lunch and dinner menus at Justice Snow's are developed seasonally by Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow's serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests' personal tastes.

First night in Snowmass

Four of us went to dinner on a Sunday night. It was very good, but the service was slow. It's a very quaint restaurant, so if you're claustrophobic, you probably would not like it. We had 1 steak, 1 chicken, 1 whole snapper and 1 fish. All was very good!

Because of the positive comments on Trip Advisor, we tried Happy Hour at Justice Snows. The crowd was surprisingly small, and most were drinking PBR, a real shocker to me. Turns out that the most popular offering during happy hour was a "shot and a beer" for $3.50, the shot including several well choices. The beer choices were typified by... More

The first year it opened, we came 3 times in our 1 week stay in Aspen. We returned 2 years later and loved it. The food is still high quality, however it is expensive and we felt it has lost some of its charm. Will try one last time.

We only had drinks there. Our bartender, Sean (Shawn?), is a mixologist. He is friendly, fun, and makes some killer good cocktails. This place attracts locals and the ambiance is a relaxed kind of cool.

Fun old-school atmosphere. Great, helpful staff. Food was delicious. Was there for lunch, but seemed like the bar scene would be great.

Needed to burn time before an airport departure Enjoyed their daily Trout Sandwich special with coleslaw and fries Naturally this was washed back with a great Pinot Noir selected by the most courteous waiter i'd had in a long time. The high ceilings and decoration was another time hit the spot for me; seemed reasonably popular with locals and tourists... More

Boy, does this place know how to mix a cocktail! For top-shelf, creative, locally inspired, cutting edge mixology it just can't be beat.
