Wonderful Crepe

Experienced the creperie, I only had the one crepe, jambon and gruyere, which was excellent and quite large. Sometimes when you think of crepes, you may wonder if it would be enough to satisfy. More than enough. I was comfortable dining by myself, but would be wonderful with several others so you... read more

Aspen is a town with a lot of very good restaurants and then there is the occasional standout. On Tuesday of this week we had the tasting menu at the bar at Creperie du Village. The room is cozy, charming and immediately makes you comfortable -- no pretense and warm. We had the seven course menu with wine pairing a... More

So yeh, we ended up here because we waited for 30 minutes to order in a local seafood restaurant! No regrets at all! The waiters were very international... Australian, British and even French! We loved the concept and shared some appetizers: meat plate, trout rilette, escargots, tomatos with mozzarella (the real buffalo!) and a tartiflette! My daughter went for the... More

This was a very nice experience while visiting Aspen, the restaurant and its food really reminded us a lot to the French cuisine with all aspects of it, little cozy restaurant with limited space (like in France), nicely decorated with delicious food. The fondue is exquisite, the crepes simple fantastic and the schokoladepalatschinke out of this world (chocolate crepe -... More

We count on Creperie du Village for tasty food, beautifully presented in a typically French atmosphere. We have eaten both inside and out, and both have their points. This time, we had ordered a dessert crepe also, and it looked so attractive when it arrived, the couple next to us ordered one too. Be aware that the service is typically... More

My husband had the special (some kind of pulled pork sandwich) and said it was one of the best things he's ever tasted. We shared some tasty fondue, but the thing that brought us back again the next day was the Pink Panther! Don't miss it!!!!

Has to be the coziest restaurant in aspen. Warm and inviting (they use real candles!!) with delicious food to boot. Try the classic, the schokoladepalichinka, the croque Madame, the fois, actually it is all pretty amazing... It makes me miss France😉

I feel very bitter sweet about my dining experience at the Creperie. On the one hand the atmosphere was quite nice and the food was quite good (even though a bit pricey, but I suppose that is to be expected given the location) but on the other, the service we got from one particular waiter was appalling. My friends and... More

The setting, food and service are beyond special. I live in Aspen and this is the restaurant I take my friends for dinner when they are visiting from out of town. Always wonderful

You will have a hard time beating the Creperie! my favorite is a glass rose with the scallops on the top corner table where you can sink into the lounge furniture and people watch for days. Having said that their crepes are incredible and while the staples are hard to venture away from I have never been disappointed by the... More
