We have been coming to aspen for many years and were delighted by the breakfast we had at Over Easy. There is a wait but then again waiting for excellent food and service is ok with us. We shared the eggs Benedict and Alaskan smoked salmon. Both choices were excellent.

The food was fantastic but we had to wait quite a while for a table outside and both the outside and the inside were very crowded - tables small and close together. I got the oatmeal pancakes and LOVED every bite.

We've been coming to Aspen for the past 27 years and were incredibly sad to see The Weinerstub leave town. Finally we got ourselves another great breakfast/lunch destination! Over Easy has great food for a great value. They have the BEST hash browns ever and their portions as huge. You don't even have to eat lunch after a delicious breakfast... More

Very delicious options. Light as a feather pancake. They have great fruit smoothies. Lots of omelet choices and the Huevos rancheros were great.

We were looking for an easy to get in and out of breakfast cafe in Aspen and weren't sure it would be easy among all the too-fussy high end restaurants and so on. We actually came across a couple of little cafes, and this one looked great since we definitely wanted eggs—protein, not a glut of pastry. There was no... More

Food was wonderful - hashbrowns not so much, but everything else was great! Coffee wonderful! Pancakes perfect! eggs great! the jazz music in the back ground (we sat on the outside patio) was wonderful. Our bill was $31.00 + tip for 2 of us. Service was quick and very pleasant. Would go again!

Was recommended by my grandson as a place he has eaten and knew one of the Chef's. Was very casual outside dining, good service by the waitress and bar staff and were attentive during our meal. Was a beautiful evening and had our meal outside. The fish & chips was well prepared and the other meal was equally good that... More

Aspen has many little cafes that have seating right on the street. Over Easy is no exception. We sat under an umbrella and enjoyed a beer and a cat fish po' boy. The catfish was good (could have used a bit more seasoning), and the beer was cold. We had a cup of gumbo to start out and that was... More

Everything I read was good....but unfortunately that was not my experience...Went for breakfast..the place was pretty much empty...Couldn't get the orders correct..server seemed puzzled...the eggs were over cooked..complained to the manager and he discounted our bill by 20%..Not a good experience.

Very good American cafe food for a good price which is hard to find in Aspen. They also have lunch. I had eggs and bacon and was super satisfied.
