I don't understand why Aspen Over Easy isn't on everyone's lips when they talk about breakfast. Best coffee for miles around. Strong, black and plentiful. The egg choices are abundant and there's no such thing as a small serving. Try crab benedict and you'll think you were on the east coast. Fruit, eggs, seafood, bread...all are great. My favorite Benedict (all types of varieties-- and that's not Arnold) breakfast restaurant in Aspen. No pretense, just good service, good food, lively atmosphere and reasonably priced.

We had breakfast here with out local daughter. Breakfast was good. Not exceptionally great, but a good solid good breakfast. Remember in resort towns like Aspen that there are constant newbies and transition in the season. Our server seemed pretty new, but was friendly and accommodating. Don't get 'uppity' with them in April/May or Sept/Oct…they are trying and deserve a... More

Food was far from tasty & service just fair at best. I had ordered eggs scrambled soft with cheese & crispy bacon. Seems fairly simple but when they brought the eggs they were overcooked & no bacon. After several request finally got bacon that looked like it had been nuked with burnt ends with barely cooked middle.

After standing at the hostess stand with my friend for 5-6 minutes while at least 4 different staff members walked past without speaking. We decided to leave. Apparently it's a well liked establishment based on the reviews on Trip Advisor we read prior to choosing that spot for breakfast on a Tuesday morning as well as the number of people... More

I'm having a hard time understanding all the glowing reviews, unless people are excited to get a meal in Aspen for less than $20. After a long wait on a Saturday morning, my group was pretty unimpressed with the food. Omelettes were dry and needed salt; toast was just bagged bread. Coffee creamer and jam were of the disposable plastic... More

If you are looking for a decent breakfast place look no further. After our hike in the morning we were hungry and wanted a decent breakfast place. They have a good variety on the menu. Service was good and so was the food. We were there around lunch time and got to see some of the lunch plates as well.... More

Went to spend the day in Aspen for fall colors at Maroon Bells and then stopped here before heading over Independence Pass. It's a locals type place, in a quiet neighborhood, quaint and kind of off the beaten path. The food was amazing, and well worth a visit. Fresh squeezed OJ, delicious coffee and food to die for. Belgian waffle... More

Picked this place by chance while walking around Aspen. We sat outside on a lovely late summer day where we could eat while viewing the mountains. I ordered a burger called Munich which ended-up being just incredible. Huge and tasty. Service was very good and they even serve local beer what is another plus. Definitely a place to go back.
