Love sitting outside to have dinner here. My favorite is the chicken schnitzel with a ceasar salad. In the winter it is a great place to have dinner and watch a game on one of the big screens.

We were recently here for lunch with a friend who was in town. The service was terribly slow outside and the waitress kept blaming it on the kitchen. It took over 45 minutes to get a hambergur and a kale salad with chicken. It did start to rain a little while sitting outside and when we asked to move to... More

We had dinner outside here last night and everyone had much better than pub food. I had the rack of lamb--spectacular and only $30. The special Mac and cheese with sausage was also a big hit. Service was not perfect but was acceptable. Also a very nice place to have a drink and watch sports inside.

Loved the Irish twist in Aspen. After a long and exhausting bike ride, this restaurant serves delicious Irish foods. The shepards pie and fish and chips were delicious and the veggie appetizer with hummus and feta cheese dip were a nice compliment. Sitting outside under the trees in downtown Aspen made this lunch a special one.

We dined there on the 4th of July and it was a great spot to hang outside for lunch. The Hamburger is the best in town and the vegetarian options were plentiful. Lots of TV's inside for watching the World Cup games too. Would recommend for all ages and it's good for kids.

This Irish gastropub is a super cool place to gather with friends. There is a pub area with TVs if you want to catch a game. Good cocktail list and a creative menu. In the summer there is a patio for dining al fresco. We had lunch there on July 4th. The food was tasty and the service was really... More

Really enjoyed a tasty well priced meal here. Conveniently situated in the main restaurant street in town too. Glad we called in here.

The decorations are very nice but the food was just not that good. I had the fish and chips and the fish was greasy and not fresh. We ate and had one drink each and then left. It appears to be a locals hangout and they all ordered burgers so perhaps that is what they make best but the Irish... More

I just had lunch at the new Finnbarr in Carbondale. What a find. Rustic Rocky Mountain decor with amazing views of the river and mountains. Service was very attentive and the food was very tasty perfectly crispy fish and chips. The outdoor deck will be wonderful in warmer weather. This is a great addition to the down valley dining scene!

Let's face it, America is full of eclectic bars and has no shortage of Irish pubs. But Aspen is not your ordinary little town, and Finbarr's is not your typical Irish pub. Other than the outstanding ambiance of the cozy bar set downstairs, below street level, and the tasty beers on tap, the thing that set Finbarr's apart was its... More
