A group of 8 ladies dined at this establishment on a Thursday night. At first blush it seemed interesting as you walk through a bookstore and up a staircase to the restaurant. But from then things went downhill. No one was there to greet, the restaurant only serves limited and odd beer and wine selections and the menu is not... More

We both chose delicious vegetarian entrees and were pleased with our choices as well as the presentation. Service was excellent in the lovely outdoor setting. Tucked into the upstairs of a classic vintage book store, this is a quaint restaurant.

After a long day of hiking the West Maroon trail, my friends and I wanted a special dinner. We were very disappointed in the treatment we received at this restaurant. After our salads were served waitress cleared the table and after several minutes asked if we wanted dessert? We had not received our dinner! We had mixed reviews about the... More

Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options that are delectable as well! Set above a bookstore (that will hopefully still be there after the building is sold), the setting and decor are modern yet cozy. The service was good. And to top it off, the raspberry chocolate pot de creme was perfect.

It can be hard to find a really good Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant while on the road, but we scored a bit hit at Pyramid Bistro. Even though they are not exclusively vegan/vegetarian we had a great meal. They also have many items that are gluten free making me a happy camper. Being a chef I am very picky when eating out... Books and more beautiful books, up the carpeted stairs to even more tomes and the Pyramid Bistro. The bistro is a complement to the excellent selection of literary production on display at Explorer Booksellers and whether you choose to luncheon on the deck in the shade of a pine tree on inside in the covered verandah area, you will be... The restaurant is located on the second floor of a book store. It was fun to go choose a book while waiting for our food! The book store has a nice kids section and teenage books shelves. We all found something to buy! The food itself was good for those who likes GF, vegan, organic cuisine. For some it may... More

Loved the spring rolls and the risotto. Really interesting and delicious. The server made helpful recommendations and was attentive. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the setting. Also, the bookstore downstairs is charming.

If you're gluten-free, you're going to love this place. If your companion is gluten-free, you're going to love this place! And that's saying a lot. So often, the spouse or friend of the gluten-free diner suffers, but not here. The food at Pyramid Bistro is creative and refreshing and really satisfying. We've eaten here four times in two years, and... More

Great flavors, beautiful plating, inviting interior of restaurant. The kale crunches were the only item on the menu that wasn't a knock out. The chef puts a lot of thought and care into his ingredients, and the end result is terrific!
