We found this place through Trip Advisor and Yelp and I am so glad we decided to give it a try for dinner. The food is simply incredible and so healthy. The pot stickers are a must for an appetizer. My husband had the duck which was out of this world and I had the shrimp stir fry. The favors... More

The restaurant sits atop a bookstore. The menu contains simple organic, prepared dishes in a very simple non pretentious format. The food quality is excellent. I had the pot stickers served with peanut butter and an infused soy sauce, and salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a toasty outside and a supple delicate inside. The service was quick and... All the local's I know rank this as one of their most favorite restaurants in town. One of the few places in town that is not noisy. This place is above the book store, and a bit of a walk from all the main shops but it is worth it. Reasonably priced and gourmet fare, all fresh, healthy and SOOO... More

Pyramid Bistro is a hidden gem in Aspen located on Main Street above the bookstore. This is not your average cookie cutter Aspen restaurant Pyramid Bistro can certainly hold it's own while serving healthy offerings. Our server Joanne was very knowledgable about the menu. I'm not a vegan but was on a date with a pretty girl and that's where... More

We ate at Pyramid twice during our recent visit to Aspen and were quite happy with both meals. The dishes are quite inventive, with many different ingredients that meld nicely. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is quiet -- it's a small place on the second floor of an independent bookstore and lends itself to quiet conversation.

Loved the pumpkin soup and potstickers. Informative staff who explain the food and gratuity system. Organic food in lovely surrounds, easy on the eye and stomach.

Great tasting healthy food. The chef has a good philosophy about his cooking which is documented on the menu and is interesting to read. We really enjoyed the wonderful flavours of our meals and the pomegranate drink was refreshing and delicious. The bistro itself is located upstairs in a quaint and pretty building. The bookstore is worth a browse too... More

Amazing Restaurant in quaint building - the Book Cellar - delightful setting. The menu offers a variety of delicious soups, salads and entrees. We had a delicious black bean soup and mushroom soup. The salads were outstanding too, a synergy of flavors melting in your mouth. We also had the pleasure to meet the chef Martin Oswald from Austria, it... More

Be careful when walking around Aspen because you may just miss this gem. It's located above the book store. The butternut squash soup is a must. The roasted beet salad with horseradish cream was amazing. I'm a real carnivore, but I never once gave it a thought and I left satisfied.

The Pyramid is a real find - tucked away above the most wonderful bookstore it's a light, bright and gorgeous restaurant. We tried it for both lunch and supper and can't recommend it highly enough - amazing flavours, delicious & healthy - a real breath of fresh air. We persuaded my steak/red meat loving father in law to come and... More
