Really interesting dining choice

Not the strict veggie place any more which is fine because the menu remains interesting and the food excellent. Situated above the old bookshop its a lovely alternative to the typical Aspen restaurant

We enjoyed a meal here in April with our three children one of whom is a vegetarian. While the risotto was not quite what my 9 year old expected, we found the food and service to be excellent. One word of caution, if you come near sundown, bring sunglasses. There are a lot of windows and no shades.

Flavor, Health and Good Vibes, that's what Pyramid is selling. On a recent vacation we ate here twice and were thoroughly satisfied both times, from the transcendent squash soup to the tofu stir fry to the portobello entree to the carrot cake. Also, eating on the deck under the pine tree at lunch was a real treat. We hope to... More

For me, the main draw of the Pyramid Bistro is its location in my favorite bookstore. It’s the perfect stop for lunch or dessert before/after browsing through all the shelves. The food is delicious, with unique vegetarian options that are never boring. On my most recent visit, I sampled the kale salad and squash soup, both of which I would... More

The restaurant is located inside a bookstor, climbing a narrow staircase. We had clili, portobello sandwich, and a chicken dis. Everything was really tasty . Although im not , definitely nt, a vegan, i would return.

some in our family are vegetarians so we wanted to eat here for them but we all loved it so much the went back again. The food has so much flavor, the portions are large, the wait staff is great and the decor is very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

I've had lunch and dinner at Pyramid Bistro many times. The food is great - very nutritious and healthy. The ingredients are all natural and organic. I am crazy about eating clean and this restaurant offers great choices for even the pickiest eaters. Superheroes like the food there too - we happened to sit on a table next to Robert... More

After a long day of travel into Aspen on a Saturday evening, we were really desiring a high quality meal without dealing with a crowded, noisy environment. The sign said they were open until 9:30 pm, and we arrived at 8:50 to find the dining area nearly empty, with only one other table occupied. We asked if they would still... More

Went to the bookstore and strolled upstairs for dinner. The server was very informative since I was there with my vegan son. Had good vegan and non-vegan options. She even told us to go to Spring Cafe for a vegan option for breakfast and lunch.

The owner, Martin Oswald, is a world renowned chef who cooks fresh, very tasty, nutrient-rich foods. At lunch, we had fresh juices and yummy soups and salads with freshly made dressings along with the sweet potato gnocchi. All were wonderful. The menu is not strictly vegetarian, and we found plenty of vegan choices. This restaurant is not for everyone. If... More
