We were a party of of eight and were happy to have an early six o'clock reservation since we had two children our group. The cocktail were served in a timely manor and in general we were happy with the service. The food was very well prepared and every one of our meals was very good. The setting is "... More

........because of the not so high rating but concierge recommended it so we went and we were glad we did. Went for dinner and it was not too crowded. We were seated by a window and the ambiance was perfect. Pleasant and accommodating wait staff. We had French onion soup and scallops for appetizers, both of which were very good.... More

Overpriced example of a Parisian bistro, go for it if you have the money, If you are in NYC go to Marseille. We prefer Rustique in Aspen. Not to say it's bad we just felt that it was EMP prices for just okay food. Well thats Aspen unfortunately.

My wife and I decided to splurge on a fine meal while on a mini-vacation in Aspen. Brexi allowed us to achieve our objective. We just happened to be there when the special of the day was Beef Bourguignon...a perfect dish for a cool rainy evening. We each had it.. I am not one to give flowery praise where it... More

Beautiful bread with the mussels and clams. A perfect light dinner. I regret I didn't order cold Granny Smith apple soup--seemingly a very creative chef.

The food here was delicious, creative and well presented. Like Aspen itself, this place is casual enough for a family meal, fancy enough to grown up dinner with your in-laws, and very expensive. I'm be coming back on my next visits to ASE.

I ordered a recommended drink that was really strong and had no character which was disappointing considering the price. My husband ordered a Belgian beer (fantastic) we ordered the cheese board and it was just ok. The wait staff was polite and the interior was really nice. I don't think I'd go back for dinner, just seemed too pricey from... More

We enjoyed the filet mignon and cheeseburger (not your ordinary American cheeseburger). The food was delicious! The atmosphere is very pleasant, staff was superb.

Items on the menu don't sound unusual (trout, chicken, filet) but the preparation is truly outstanding and memorable.

I spent my __th birthday with good friends and had a superb dinner at Brexi. Our steak was perfectly cooked, the accompanying sauce was flavorful and the sides were fresh and tasty. Dessert was also perfect, as was the attentive service. One of the best meals in Aspen!
