Great Meal

Good location, easy walk from the ski area, also from the bus stop if coming from Snowmass. The entire meal was very good, I had chicken which was probably the best I had the entire trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice higher end meal.

A very efficient wait staff, delicious food and great wine. I had the veal chop special, which was amazing. My husband had the flat iron steak, my son the salmon and my other son the hamburger. All portions were huge, and delicious. The cold potato leek soup was amazing as well. Definitely a must see! Especially if you're staying at... More

When I pay $16 for a cocktail, I expect a slight buzz. The glass was so small and full of ice that I literally had three sips and it was gone. I felt ripped off. The steak tartare was mediocre at best. I wouldn't order it again. The caesar salad looked like something you'd get at Olive Garden (nothing wrong... More

Great French Brasserie atmosphere with delicious French food. We shared appetizers and entrees because we went there late one night close to closing time. We had beef carpaccio and Dover Sole. They were both delicious and of course great French bread and butter. They have an extensive wine list. The service was great. It is a good location in downtown... More

This was a return visit from three years ago, and the general quality of the place remains very high. Detracting from that, however, is the ridiculously priced wine list (starting in the 70s and quickly escalating into the low to mid three digits) and some confusion in the kitchen about combining ingredients and portion control. We had a very good... More

If you want a slightly undersized hamburger with great truffle fries, this is you place. The bar menu is very reasonable for Aspen, and the regular menu is available throughout the restaurant including the bar. I loved the Kobe beef flank steak from the bar menu. I could not have eaten the larger portion from the regular menu. The wines... More

If I owned a private jet and my balance sheet didn't matter, then I'd fly my family and friends just to experience the meal and service at Brexi- a French country Bistro. Whether it's the Kobi Steak/ Frittes or the Thursday Veal Special, your taste buds deserve to experience something that I'd only previously enjoyed in France!

Brexi is a favorite of friends who go to Aspen every year and I will second the motion. The beef bourguignon sounded spectacular and it was, but all dishes were exceptional. A shout-out to the Chicken Pate as well. Everyone at the table thought that was a great hit. Great service and great food.

each dish was great---lamb shank was terrific. chicken looked just as good as did every other dish ordered. Fantastic salads and nice desert. Good wine and not unreasonable pricing for a decent pinot. Would surely come back.

We are in Aspen for New Years week. It is busy! We had an early dinner with our kids on Sunday and it was excellent. They do have a good kids menu. We had the mussels and clams to start, my son finished two servings of the bread dipping in the sauce. He then had a cheeseburger off the kids... More
