Delicious Salmon paired with a Chardonnay. For an appetizer, the chef flies in pretzels from a bakery in NY. The wait staff did a wonderful job ensuring all of our requests were met. I almost wish I had ordered the burger that my daughter ate. It was the best looking hamburger I think I've ever seen.

Dear David, I'm glad that you enjoyed your dinner! We source all of our ingredients very carefully; our Skuna Bay salmon is one of the best examples of this attention. Skuna Bay salmon are organically, sustainably raised by some of the best fish farmers in the world, and the quality of their final product is unmistakable. At Plato's we work... More

The view is awesome near the windows and the omelette bar is a meal in itself! My wife and I just had a nice and slow breakfast and it was so filing that we didn't even need lunch!

Dear 1RONNIE29, Thank you for dining in Plato’s during your stay at the Aspen Meadows! I agree, we don’t have the most extensive menu, but we do pride ourselves on using fresh, sustainable and regional ingredients. Our menu tends to reflect the items we can source during the seasons and we tend to keep it small and artisanal. I am... More

It's pricey, but we did very well sharing appetizers, and there were free s'mores to cook in the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit. Highlights were the gnocchi with short rib and the butternut squash soup. Additionally, we got free glasses of wine by mentioning the ad that ran that day in the Aspen Times. So, it ended up being a... More
