We stopped at the wild Fig for lunch. The food was fine, nothing to complain or write home about. The waiter conveyed a deep disinterest in serving us.

Very disappointing lunch. Food was bland and uninteresting. Although the setting is lovely, the waiter showed little interest and the food did not represent value. On this occasion the restaurant did not deserve its reputation.

The quality of the food and the price of the offerings suggest fine dining; the service suggested otherwise. The food was so good I would consider returning. We were never introduced to a waiter - and we had several different people serve us. The service was slow, unfriendly, and inaccurate at times. But the food was so delicious!

We ate here in August as a group (8 people). While the food was good, it was pretty slow. The real problems came when we got our bill. They would not split or separate the check (and didn't tell/ask beforehand). When the manager got involved it actually got worse. Instead of helping or figuring out a solution, she just handed... Small restaurant if outdoor seating not available. Excellent menu. The fish special (octopus salad, tuna tartare, ceviche) was superb. I had the fish, and had to add a side dish when it arrived. Portion was adequate but no sides. Waiters bumped into my chair 3 times during dinner. Waitress was knowledgeable but in a sketchy way. I would definitely return... More

We enjoyed the atmosphere and food. With no reservation we sat at the bar but had excellent service. Very good mushroom risotto and lamb chops-- I can highly recommend.

Both the atmosphere and food were terrific. The service was great as well. Hunter did a great job accommodating our table. I would definitely recommend the Butcher Platter to share as an appetizer, as well as the Warm Fig w/ cheese appetizer.

Our first dinner in Aspen and it was a real disappointment. We were seated in a dark corner and my husband had a post behind him that caused all passersby, including staff, to bump into his chair thruout the nite. We both ordered the Wild Fig salad, which was very good; his entree was a pasta dish - just ok;... More
