Usually I'm not a Chili's fan...I'm not a fan of chain restaurants The friend I was traveling with picked this restaurant. I was pleasantly suprised there were well trained cooks in the kitchen . Who put our good food. I had the crosscut ribs fries and a salad. The B.B.Q. pork ribs were done right the meat was falling of... More

The food was good. The wait staff was busy and I had to wait quite a while for my check. The steak was cooked perfect, but they give you too much steamed broccoli, it took up most of the plate.

Pages and pages of menu items yet I had a hard time finding any vegan options. Am I the only vegan to dine here? Just offer a vegan burrito and a vegan fajita dish, people will order it if it is available. I had a fresh mex bowl but left off the chicken. It was really tasty however it had... More

We're accustomed to the local chain restaurant in Chico, California and yet were pleasantly surprised when we went to Chili's for an early birthday/college send-off dinner in Alamosa. The menu selection was more plentiful, the flow of the restaurant itself seemed much better than the one here in Chico, and the service was great. We liked the electronic addition to... More

We had a party of 7 so we required a big table, waitress was very good. She was able to keep everything going (drinks freshened, etc) even though we arrived at peak time. Enjoyed the flatbread as well as chips and salsa. Other family members enjoyed burgers and chicken - all seemed satisfied.

Nice place and pretty good service, the food was really nice, seemed it took a little longer than normal to get our food, but the place was busy, the portions were big, just about couldn't hold it, everyone was friendly.

We prefer not to dine at chains, but Chili's is an exception. The food was great and after a heavy climb that day was delivered quickly. The Table prepared Guacamole was unique to us and we both enjoyed it.

It's just like all Chilis, if you like familiar places. I like to try new places, but I went during happy hour and managed to drink too much for pretty dang cheap. So that's what it's good for--cheap eats and drinks at Happy Hour

The weather was bad and we did not want to drive around looking for place to eat. Chili's was located close to our hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites) and we took a chance. We were genuinely surprised at the good quality of the ribs and the popularity of the establishment which was full of clients. Recommended.

We were starved after a long drive from Oklahoma. We ordered lots of food to go. After returning to the hotel we realized one order was wrong, we called and explained, the manager handled the situation great, he corrected the mistake immediately. Great customer service!
