We were starved after a long drive from Oklahoma. We ordered lots of food to go. After returning to the hotel we realized one order was wrong, we called and explained, the manager handled the situation great, he corrected the mistake immediately. Great customer service!

It's Chili's. The staff was exceptional at this one though. The waitress was very kind and gave us great ideas where to watch the fourth of July fireworks from. I do really hate the stupid tablet things that they make you pay on now, that's the only reason that it's not a perfect review.

We ate here after our rails and ales experience. We weren't that hungry so we went with the 2 for 1 margaritas and the triple play appetizer plate. My husband and I shared the southwest eggrolls, potato skins and the chicken tenders. They were all delicious and came with fabulous sauces to compliment each item . I was totally impressed... More

Typical, clean chain restaurant in newer part of town. Good ribs, the memphis dry rub is my choice. My wife had fajitas, and we shared a margarita! We will stop again on our way through.

This place was packed but the service and food were still good. Friendly waitress and quick to take order and food arrived promptly. Near our hotel, the Hampton Inn. We were in and out in no time. Had a decent burger. It was clean and what we expected.

I was very pleased with our experience. We arrived around 1:30 on a Wednesday thinking we would miss the rush. To our surprise they were busy and a steady stream at the door. Our server remained composed and very nice! They also have buy one get one free on wells, wine & a few others. (all day everyday) For appetizers... More

We tried a few new appetizers that were really rather good for a chain restaurant. They were not very busy that evening, yet service was pretty bad.

The wait was way too long; about 45 minutes. The food was overpriced and not very good. The staff were all very good, knowledgeable and prompt. They were the only good thing about the restaurant.

We've been to chilis restaurants all over several states, this is the best by far it may be we just hit it just right but I can't say enough, we ordered chicken crispers, the waitress informed us if we ordered them as 2 for twenty we would also get an appetizer which was basically free since the 2 orders were... We enjoyed the food there and had a friendly waiter. We were surprised when he brought two beers when my husband ordered a beer. The waiter said it was happy hour. He did misunderstand my husband when he asked for water and brought him one beer. I drank the beer. When we got the bill, there was a beverage charge... More
