"Great Food and Coffee for a Great Cause"

Milagros Coffee House has been THE place in the San Luis Valley for a great coffee and conversation since 1998. Our talented team of baristas and cooks would love to make something that will make your day. Milagros has bee home to Open Mic nights, special performances, spoken word performances, and artist showings. We offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, featuring local meats and vegetables. Our commitment to local is shown through our relationship with six different farms and ranches. Milagros Coffeehouse is one of the social enterprises operated by La Puente Enterprises whose mission is to develop sustainable social enterprises for the common good, which support San Luis Valley charities!

Delicious pastries, great coffee and espresso, friendly international staff. This is a fine place for a quick beverage or a leisurely afternoon; in addition to free wi-fi there are a variety of books catering to all sorts of interests. There are sometimes events such as open mikes in the evenings.

We stopped in on our way of town for a quick caffeine hit. The staff is super friendly and they really take pride in the items that they prepared. I had a wonderful Turkish Latte. My only regret was we didn't try it until we were leaving town. Don't be in a hurry. So many folks visiting Alamosa seem to... More

This was the ONLY place we could find that had espresso drinks in Alamosa in the morning. to our pleasant surprise they also had AMAZing pastries! by far the best chocolate croissant I have ever had. Lots of good rich chocolate...not a thin stripe inside like big coffee chain versions. the outside was also crisp in deliciously flaky just like... More

I guess I thought that this place had more of a lunch menu. We're not fancy coffee drinkers so that was not the draw of this place. What we had (mini quiches, greek salad, scone, cookie) was good. Their lunch items are already prepared, but they seem to have more of a breakfast menu. They have a somewhat healthy/organic theme... More

Brewlatta, I think was the name of my most excellent chilled espresso drink on a hot summer day. Bought a pound of beans, smell so good. Friendly staff.

This Main Street spot used to be dark and undistinguished, so I hadn't been back in quite some time and was in for a wonderful surprise. The interior has been freshly painted and looks welcoming, bright and light-filled: hard to believe it's the same place. And the food is now very good. Breakfast offerings feature fresh eggs, veggies and potatoes.... More

Cozy and welcoming coffee shop. Baked goods are terrific. Books. Stuff for kids to do. Very community-oriented. Pleasant place to linger, tho' we took our selections out for the train once morning and for the drive home on another.
