We ordered green-chile and guacamole hamburgers with kettle chips and were very satisfied with both the size of the portions and the quality of the ingredients. Both the green-chile and the guacamole were excellent. Needless to say, the beer (San Luis Amber) was also quite good and helped wash down the dust that we inhaled due to 50 mile per... More

Stopped by for a beer and lunch while visiting the sand cranes. We found the place packed for st Patrick's day but enjoyed our brews and a Ruben burger and fried red potatoes. Lots of beers to choose from.

Staying in Pagosa Springs we had never been on the east side of Wolf Creek and wanted to see the other side of the mountains. I had looked at properties and saw a lot available in Alamosa so we planned a day trip. Of course I had to see if there were any local brewpubs and wouldn't know know there... More

The food was great, but our server Andrew seemed too busy talking to the other servers and watching the TV behind the bar to pay attention to us. Our drinks went empty several times, appetizer was brought out without plates, we waited quite some time while he continued talking to get our check.

Work found me in Alamosa for 10 days in February (this is not high season...In Alamosa) We visited 3 times... We are beer drinkers... i like a hoppy IPA, my co-workers were fond of dark beers... In a town where the only dark (or not pilsner) option was Guinness the Brewing Company was a wonderful find... The food was pub... More

We've been here several times in the past and we decided to take a spur of the moment day trip to several breweries in southern colorado. We would be remiss if we didn't stop in at one of our favorite restaurants in Alamosa. My husband had a beer flight and found he liked their new El Ocho Industrial Cherry porter... More

The beer is decent, could be colder, more carbonation would be better. Plenty of variety and worth a try. The menu has some great ideas, service and preparation is variable, sometime great, most often not. Compared to other choices in Alamosa, this isn't a bad one, really, none better overall.

Don't miss this place in Alamosa. Beer is great. Try the Caliente. Green chile Beer without the fire. Also they have something for every taste. Had Hamburgers. They were cooked perfect.

The food is good (typical bar menu items) but the beer is the main attraction. The beer selections are varied and tasty. The atmosphere is great and the surroundings are historic. The service is friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable. All in all, a most enjoyable place to dine. We'll be back!
