Good food, great beer

My wife and I have been here twice and I've been there one more time by myself. The food is hearty and very good. The beer is really good as well. It's not fancy but it is solid pub food with a Colorado twist. The beer is solid too. If I hadn't been driving I would have had way more... read more

We happened to be is Alamosa Colorado over a weekend for my daughters volleyball tournament. The first round of NFL play-offs were going on that weekend so we were able to visit this establishment twice over the weekend, The food was better than average but the beer is over the top. I'm not a real beer person but tasted the... More

This is an average brew pub, and there is nothing wrong with average. The oatmeal stout was good and typical of the variety. The grilled salmon salad was expensive and massive, with fresh greens, but the salmon was overcooked and dry. The Bavarian pork sausage was locally sourced and fine, though small for the price, with some nice kraut and... More

4 stars in everything. Definitely above average beer, food and atmosphere, but not a knockout killer place. The atmosphere was a bit low key, but I definitely enjoyed my time and would revisit.

I was there recently with my family and we had a blast! Food and beer was great, their burgers were delicious and they had a variety of beers. Atmosphere was fun, and the service was great! I recommend stopping by the brewery!

The menu never changes, the food is average, the beer is average. The service is horrible! I've sat for 1-hour with serving staff moving all around me and not one of them takes the initiative to take my order. This is not a "one time thing" as it happens here all of the time. Go somewhere else!

I have eaten at this restaurant in the past and had an excellent experience but not this time. We came in the side door and seated ourselves. The place was about 20% occupied. NO ONE acknowledged us. We watched someone else walk in and sit down and they were given menus. Two employees were standing and talking and looked at... More

Stopped in for a few beers after hiking in the sand dunes. Nice college type atmosphere with good cold ones to quench the thirst. The stout is average, but their chili beer was very tasty.

This was our 2nd visit and still not very impressed. The food is just average. Nothing special. The service was good. But the place is very noisy with high ceilings. Surprised it was so loud since we were there for a late lunch, sat on the side in a booth, and it wasn't very crowded. A bit pricy too especially... More

We had lunch during the week and had a basic food experience. The most memorable part of the meal was the swarm of flies (in October!) that seemed to enjoy our food more than we did. The burger was average, the French dip was average, and the fries were average. While the server/hostess was very friendly she didn't seem very... More
