Cioppino to die for

I had a view from the upstairs, which could have used a face lift. The cioppino and chardonnay were wonderful and the portion of cioppino was immense. Excellent food and good service

It's a very peaceful place at end of the west coast.. Food is fresh and awesome, specially the sea food.. You can see the sea through table while you are eating..An affordable menu plus I like their hospitality..

Let me start by saying this used to be a wonderful place in my memory! They have remodeled and the restaurant is nice. Either they have all new staff or they were short staffed but the service was atrocious! Perhaps I should have sat at the bar... They were OUT of crab, so no crabcakes, etc. The clam chowder was... At the end of the pier it provides a rustic unique dining experience. The views are wonderful, and especially nice at sunset. There is seating available both inside and out. Some tables have a glass top and provide a view down to the ocean below. It is fun to see the kayaks and sea life pass by below. There is... More

Great place to dine and watch the sunset. Do not miss the sea lions on the lower deck to the right before you get to the restaurant. After the sun goes down, they shine a bright light and you can watch the seagulls fly around. Dinner was great! Seafood was very tasty served with lots of fresh veggies. Wait staff... More

Have always wanted to come here and while I am glad we did....the prices were very expensive. Lunch for two cost us $40 for fish and chips and shrimp and chips. I did like the light coating...but my shrimp were over cooked. Nice view but food just average.

We dined here with friends who live in the area and recommended this restaurant, located on a "drive on" pier which once accommodated train traffic. There are sea lions living around the pier and making themselves heard, and most tables in the restaurant have glass tops that provide a view of the water below. So it's a unique dining experience,... More

The food was decent, but the unique dining experience made up for it. I would go again with someone that had not been there before so they could see the glass top tables and experience something new and exciting. Perhaps we were there on an off night, I would give it another shot.

I have lived on the Central Coast for 31 years and have been to The Olde Port Inn many times for lunch in the past and was delighted with their Fish & Chips. I took my grandchildren there for dinner and all we had was water (no drinks) with our meal and with tip my bill was $114 for three... More

I have visited this restaurant several times and have enjoyed the setting, service, and the mediocre seafood. However, on a recent visit i was struck by the quality of food and prices; as if they made up for terrible food by raising the prices. a 3 ounce crab cake was $16. A cost that could get you a crab dinner... More
