We stopped by the Market Place on our fist day's visit to Avila beach community. We stayed next door at the Avila Village Inn. The place has a very warm friendly atmosphere with snack choices, wines, souvenirs and other trinkets to purchase. I was impressed that they had gluten free items in their deli case. I had seen some positive... More

We were walking along the Bob Jones trail and on the way back noticed some people sitting out on a patio. Upon further exploration discovered a great little deli and store. We will be back.

We had breakfast, lunch and dinners at the Woodstone and they were all delicious - made fresh and a nice variety to choose from! Convenient when you stay at the Avila Village Inn.

This is a great place for breakfast. We walk from Avila beach down bob jones trail. Lovely walk and a great treat at the wood stone marketplace. Try the breakfast burrito. Very good. French toast is excellent too. Cute market with lots of nice treats to choose from. A must everytime we are in town.

We stopped here for a snack while biking on the Bob Jones trail and were impressed by the great sandwiches and awesome cobb salad. The quality of the food was very high, and the outdoor seating area was lovely, and dog and bike friendly. Tried to come back for dinner another evening, but it closes early at 7. Oh well!... More

This is a wonderful stop off the Bob Jones. Is quiet and cute in a protected valley. The Chipolte Chicken sandwich was an amazing mix of spice and savory flavors. The only problem is they close by 7 p.m. so no late snacks.

Celebrated a friend's birthday at this casual restaurant deli. You order at a counter and your food is brought to your table. It took quite a while to get our food even though 4 of us ordered salads. There were a number of wrong orders brought to our table and the wait staff acted as though we were the problem.... More

We walked along the Bob Jones trail and stopped in for an unexpectedly good breakfast. The bagel with salmon, capers and onions would feed 4 and the breakfast burrito was large and classic. The prices were average and the place is cute with much to look at in their Market

Had a great low key dinner last night while staying at the Avila Beach Village Inn. Quiche and soup with a great Pru Zinfandel. Very casual with outside seating right on the Avila Beach bike path.
